I have lived here 6 years. Sometimes there are things like painting and pressure washing that are noisy. Peeps at work don't hear it. I like my neighbors. Responsible with landscape and law-abiding issues. Sometimes close proximity to private cars could be a concern. What's perfect? Units are spacious. Clean, and kept up with maintenance.

Nice homes, nosy neighbors & a letter posted on your door about any little thing just about every day. Not to mention the walk up smell checks to make sure no one tempted to smoke at home. Go out down the street to smoke people
