My roommate and I lived at one of Greenbridge's buildings for a year and would have stayed longer, if it weren't for some outside issues. There were some minor errors during our moving out process, but they were promptly fixed once we reached out. Anna was especially helpful with this process and reached out after to make sure everything was resolved. Thank you for having us as tenants, I would highly recommend!

I was living in a unit Greenbridge took over ownership in St. John’s midway through my lease and the transition was seamless. Easy to communicate with and responsive. I would live at another Greenbridge owned property in the future.

Honestly surprisingly good. I have never had good experiences with property management before these folks. Genuinely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or maintenance needs.

Greenbridge is hands down the best property management business to rent from. Their manager, Michael Sams, goes above and beyond to show he truly cares about making sure his tenants are happy. He’s understanding of all situations and is willing to hear you out and work with you. These are all extremely rare things to find in a property manager. Thank you, Michael, for all you’ve done. This was a very responsive management team while I lived at their property from 2019-2022. If I had any issues, they were quick to respond and deal with them.

Rent for 2bed one bath is now almost 1,700 a month it’s not 1,275 a month! That don’t even count build we have to pay on top of this ridiculous cost & horrible management…

I don't say this lightly (as having many bad experiences with property management) but would absolutely rent from Greenbridge again! From our initial awesome experience with Rena, to the attentive maintenance team, we didn't have a single bad interaction with them. All around recommended.

Lived in 6500 Scholls Ferry Rd for a year. Pleasant experience and didn’t run into any troubles. Jessica the property manager was very helpful.

Had an overall good experience. Maintenance work was done promptly. This mgmt company took over from another (Grid) and the difference in care was noticeable, even though the property had the same owner. I dealt mostly with Jaelene and Megan and they were great, they deserve raises! They were easy to get in touch with and always extremely helpful.

We were tenants of Greenbridge Properties and had NOTHING but the BEST experience with their company from the beginning! They were extremely friendly, prompt to respond, and it was a pleasure to work with them. When the owners of the house decided to sell the house, they helped guide us through the process and made sure that we were taken care of and understood what was going on. If they had other rentals available, we would have chosen to stay with Greenbridge! We highly recommend them.

Good response time and communications! Way better than most. Standard stuff that would have been nice in advance like.this is a no dog property but.still way ahead of 90%.

I rented with Greenbridge Properties for several years and they were great to work with. Excellent communication and the one time there was a repair that needed to happen (new furnace) they were responsive quickly and provided space heaters until the repair could be made.

When I've rented in the past, I'd typically avoid rental agencies. Something about them just always rubbed me the wrong way. So when I stumbled upon Greenbridge 4 years ago, I did not expect to rent from them for 3 years. They are attentive, responsible, and professional but also very personable. I dealt directly with Drew most of the time and have to say he was great. Any issues we ran into he was so quick to address all of them. By the end of my lease with them I felt almost as though Drew was a friend. It was very exciting to watch them grow as a company especially considering how much they deserved that growth and recognition. Their maintenance team was very proactive and polite. Paying rent each month was a breeze, using their tenant portal online to do so. So much easier than mailing a check or money order. They're always very understanding of any mishaps and when Covid hit they were very accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend anyone with the same skepticism as I when it comes to rental agencies, to do so as well. Keep up the awesome customer service Greenbridge!

As a long-distance Portland property owner for 4 years, I have been happy with the professional management of my rental property. The online accounting was excellent. Drew, Rena, and Derek are very helpful and responsive. I have and will recommend them to others who need property management in Portland and surrounds.

We have worked with Greenbridge for over a year, providing services at properties. They have been so easy to work with. They are extremely timely with accounting and very responsive. They make coordinating with tenants and owners seamless.

The management team here is on it. Their team of agents is incredible and enough can’t be said about their maintenance team. Derek is extremely responsive and communicative while ensuring you have the full scope as to what is being done/going on.

We’ve been extremely happy with the entire team over there and look forward to working more with them.

My wife and I enjoyed our rental with Greenbridge, the company was really easy to work with and quick at communication. The apartment we rented was a great vintage style, but definitely well kept inside and outside. They regularly had the lawn cared for and common areas cleaned. A great property management experience.
