Painless experience, highly recommend!

I contacted the top 10 reviewed roofing companies in Bend for a quote to replace my roof. GreenLee was not only the most affordable option, but their inspection report convinced me to pull the trigger. "You could get another 1-2 years out of this but material costs are going up so it might be good to replace now. " No heavy sales pitch, just straight up answer. Loved it. I was also able to get a 5% discount because it was the winter.

The said they were scheduling 2 months away but let me be wait-listed. Lo and behold they ring me up a week later and say they can start that week. 1 day of tearing everything off and prep, 2 days of 1 guy doing drip guards and shingles. Because we got the winter discount we opted for the nicer shingles.

Nicholas and the entire Greenlee team did a fantastic job on a new build roofing project in Bend. Excellent communication and great craftsmanship. They went above and beyond to handle items that were not part of their original scope for a reasonable cost to keep the project moving. If/when I ever get the pleasure of doing another project in Central Oregon I know who to call.

Grace Bible church has been using Greenlee Roofing for multiple buildings on our campus the most recent is our Next Generation building/school as well as an expansion of our Worship Center lobby where they not only did the roofing but also did the metal siding, gutters and other troubleshooting. Very easy to work with this company with better than competitive pricing. Communication is always something I require working with contractors and it’s been a pleasure working with this company.

Everyone we interacted with from Greenlee Construction, from the office staff to the guys on the job site, was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They do great work and go above and beyond making sure the job is done right, instead of saving a mess for the next trade to deal with. We had them out at our business to do a roofing job and some new construction, and we'll definitely be calling them again when future needs arise.

Greenlee Roofing is an excellent company to work with. They are honest, fair in their prices and does an excellent job. We’ve had our roof repaired from a previous storm and now snow removal from the roof. Everyone is friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Greenlee cleared our driveway of snow on 1/11/2024. The job was well done, Jose worked very hard and did a fine job. This was a one man job, Greenlee sent two people therefore doubling the price -$100/person. We felt that the second person did NOT perform enough work to earn $100.

I had Greenlee Roofing look at potential mold in my attic due to a storm which caused a roof leak. Quick response and very professional.

Here’s my honest assessment of the new roof project by Greenlee. As you would expect on a large dollar project, the sales side was well organized. The estimating team was knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive with technical clarifications, and willing to negotiate. The agreed upon price matched a competitor and was fair. The final choice was between a family-owned company and a much larger competitor. We opted for Greenlee.

Upon signing the contract, we received our one and only call from Greenlee scheduling the work, which was six weeks out. Less than a week before the start date, I called to confirm, they didn’t call. They said the date was still good, but I would receive a confirmation call later that week, which never happened. Come Monday, a single worker shows up saying he’s there to start the tear off and he assumed others would come too. A few others show up later. No foreman. No introductions. No plan for the week. Supplies get delivered on the roof on Tuesday by another company. No one from Greenlee doublechecks the materials. No one there Wednesday. On Thursday, a sole shingler shows up and spends several hours determining that the wrong materials were delivered. Tells us why he’s not working and not clear when the mistake will get resolved by others. I tried calling Greenlee and their voicemail is full. The roof supply company comes backs and works into the early evening removing and restacking all the materials. I receive a call back from Greenlee saying that they saw a missed call from me but no proactive communication.

With the new materials, the shingler worked diligently by himself to install everything over the next 3+ days. The workmanship seemed to be high quality. When he was finished, he generally cleaned up and made a pile in the yard, saying someone would come by in the next day or so to haul it away. I was expecting someone to come by to blow out gutters, inspect, and sign off on the work. Instead, a few contracted guys in a truck hauled away the pile but no further site cleanup. An invoice was auto generated and emailed. I spent an hour cleaning gutters, picking up nails, etc.

I figured someone from Greenlee would call and check in, thank me for my business etc. I would have provided constructive feedback, thanked them, and wished them well. Another auto generated invoice but no call. I paid the invoice.

Nice people and they did a good job of installing new ridge caps on an existing composite roof.

We live out in the middle of nowhere…this is a company that listens and does not disappoint…we had a couple of bumps in the road but they will work with you and make you happy…

We had our 20+ year old roof replaced by Greenlee Roofing about a month ago. From start to end our experience was beyond expectations. Amazing price and wonderful communication! Now we have all of the modern aspects of a roof that we were missing (ice dam protection, metal drip edge, etc.) so that we feel better than ever about the security of our home and the integrity of our roof. From scheduling, to delivery, to completion the entire staff at Greenlee was friendly, honest, courteous, prompt, and willing to answer all of our questions and concerns professionally. Shout out to father/son team Melchor (I hope I got that right) and Jonathon that did the installation! We were highly impressed by their skill and workmanship, their speediness in getting the job done, their positive attitudes and their all-around cleanliness. They took the time to keep our property in top shape while doing the job and even went the extra mile to keep our landscaping and flower beds from being disturbed, which we really appreciated. I own a rental.home in Bend, Oregon and live in Idaho. When a strong wind storm blew through, a small section of roofing went with it. The roofing companies were all busy with all the calls they were getting after the wind and it was going to take some time to even have it looked at. Andy from Greenlee Roofing was right on top of things, he came out within that same week and gave an estimate on a patch job. He also noted some hail damage from the previous year that my renter and I were unaware of. I opted to do the patch asap. We then got an estimate for re-roofing, this is a two story house so the top story had the hail damage. The roof was old enough that I decided to re- roof the entire thing. I was able to get quotes for top and bottom separately and the whole roof total. My insurance company covered the top hail damaged section while I paid for the first section. The price estimate was within $20.00 of the calculations my insurance company came up with.
When they came to do the job, they worked with my renter so they could park in the driveway (no place to park anywhere else) and within about 3 days had the entire thing torn off, new roof on, and everything cleaned up. They explained what they were doing and things they found that weren't right from the original roofing job when the house was built.
My renter said they were very thorough, polite, and professional the entire time he was dealing with them.
We both would definitely recommend this company.

These guys replaced my roof IN FEBRUARY, when part of my roof was coming off and snow was a coming. Who does that? Amazing. They did it in 3 days too. And they were amazingly flexible on the financing. I cannot recommend GreenLee enough. They are a family owned, local company who was recommended to me by a native Bendite real estate agent. I felt privileged to have a reference to them as a good, reliable firm. These are the guys you want to work on your roof.
