This company and it's sales staff treated my wife and I like we were idiots and were completely and totally unwilling to work with us on a new 2022 pickup we were interested in. Not only would I never come back to this business, I will never recommend anyone else to come to this business.

We subsequently purchase our new pickup at another dealer that treated us like we were actual people.

In response to your reply. Our name is not in your system because we didn't purchase a vehicle with you. We did, however, go through the ordering process with you in an attempt to order a new one. There were no Super Duty pickups on anyone's lot when we were looking. That's why we were trying to order one.

We already ordered and purchased our pickup from another dealer who did treat us like actual people, and who was willing to work with us. At this point, there's nothing you can do to resolve this issue. You can't un-ring this bell.

I went there for an oil change, standard price is $150.they did not disclose any information to me and charged me $300 for the same service.they're a joke!

Always give me an accurate time of how long will take to do the work I need and get my car back to me.very quick to let you know if any issues other than what I am there for that need to be taken care of right away or can wait and be scheduled. Gresham Ford Quick Lane always treats me as if I were family.

If I could give more stars I would! THANK YOU GRESHAM FORD! For the speedy service to get me a new rear window after a homeless man shattered it while I was sitting in the car. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here, the service is amazing!
