We highly recommend Subaru vehicles & love Gresham Subaru.
My husband and I both felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The service reps we dealt with were not rude, but were in a hurry to be done with us. We had to push for them to go back and test out the brakes further to experience what we were experiencing. One of the reasons we were there was a repeat of an electrical issue that didn't get fixed the last time we brought it in. All of the service reps we dealt with were of a younger generation and could use some brush-up education on respectful conversing with older generations, and older women (whether we know what we're talking about or not). We are in our 70s but my husband was a mechanic by trade and in vehicle service management for 40 years for the USPS. This was not our experience in the past when we dealt with Frank; we miss him!
Honestly I don’t know much about car service or how much it should be but I had a 30k service which costed me a little over $2100. I better start saving before my other vehicle reaching 30k miles.
First oil change, the service department was busy first thing, 7 am appt, service technicians were limited, but was kept informed by the service manager several times about the progress, did a full service in a hr plus, Jake was professional, and courteous, and was a no charge for the first one
We had a great experience with Tristan and Gresham Subaru. They got us in for Service with no delay and quickly diagnose the issue with our vehicle. I was impressed that Tristan spent time working with me to look at all the options to deal with our issue would recommend highly.

They as always, were professional, and efficient I was kept informed of what service was to be performed and any future service that would be needed going forward. I was helped today by Stephanie and she was all you ask for in a service person, kind, knowledgeable and respectful.

Service staff very professional and helpful, particularly Maddy who facilitated my visit. She was cheerful and friendly and helped me feel comfortable with the process.

There was a misunderstanding about my service. Totally my fault. But they chose to take care of me when they easily could’ve been justified not to. Great customer service

Best experience buying a car I’ve ever had! They were knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating to my needs and scheduling. The car was delivered perfectly and they followed up as well.
Damien, the sales rep, was super helpful! Updated me on every step along the way. Took my car a few months to arrive do to assembly but Damien was there and great! Only thing I didn’t really like was when my engine cap blew off after a brief check up. But called Damien and he handled it 100%! I’d definitely suggest checking them out!
