Karen is amazing, my pets feel very comfortable with her. We have one cat who can be very mean and Karen is the only one who can trim her nails

Took my two dogs to get a nail trim and Karen did such a great job! She was kind and loving to my dogs, I’ll definitely be going back

I took my dog here today, and I was not comfortable with it the moment I walked through the door. The place was so messy, there were urine stains everywhere, multiple different dogs running freely- which can be so dangerous! It is not a professional environment, and it could set up many dogs for failure right when you walk through the door. Dogs should not be running freely, and my dog was introduced to another dog in front of me- without my permission. My partner asked to cancel the nail trim after the first paw was done, and the groomer refused. I had to ask a second time to get my dog back. Customers’ boundaries should definitely be respected. In addition to that, the groomer didn’t look like she was taking the best care of herself. I will not be returning to this location. It is not safe.

Karen is the HANDS DOWN BEST person in the entire world whom Ive ever met as far as having any thing at all to do with caring for your pet! I've seen her care for large dogs, small dogs, mean/hard to handle dogs, all the way to skiddish pets and more and I'd personally never bring my babies any where else and I mean literally not any where else for any other reasons. EVER! SHES THE BEST FOR EVER AND ALWAYS!
