I went into Grover a few weeks ago and they were fantastic. Every time you go into Grover there is always someone to help.

When i go in I always have hundreds of questions and they always answer with a smile. 10/10 always recommend.

Grovers is the best hands down plumbing and electrical with lighting of all sorts kinda store. Always staff members to help with enough people working not to make you wait too long. Fi e stars isn't enough, been shopping Grovers for ten years

Grover Electric & Plumbing Supply is my place for plumbing and electrical supplies.but.it's much more than that. Grover is not just a store you visit. It is a place you get an education. The folks at Grover not only know what they are speaking about, they actually help you. Where can you find that any more? I needed to redo my well system, they took me through the entire process and had everything I needed; even drew pictures. I can not recommend this place higher. It's a treasure to find something like Grover today. Check it out.

Amazing customer service as always was had, until getting to the front counter.
Had an older lady helping me, she couldn't seem to find the item code for my purchase. I tried to be helpful, letting her know what it started with, but got shut down and told I was indeed wrong. After that, she still rung up the wrong code, which gave the wrong price. I then told her that was not the price of this item. Which she then told me I was wrong again. I asked her if I could just show her the code from where I got it, and recieved attitude but reluctantly went with me. Upon going back and verifying the code and price, she then gave me unwarranted attitud again, as I was indeed correct. Never had this at grovers but then making me look like the bad guy at the register was the cherry on top. I hope to never get this lady at the register again, as I will be back, because all the rest have always been wonderful. Shame on her.

They say their first priority is service. Well, they truly live up to that. The service here is absolutely superb. The staff are immensely helpful and knowledgeable. And I cannot praise Brad highly enough as he put a lot of effort into figuring out the problem with our outdoor water pump and helping us come up with a solution. Thank you, Brad.

Got there just before closing (5 PM) to buy a new drain assembly for a bathtub. Bought a new piece and got some great advice/help from the staff and got out before closing. And now my bathtub drains. Thanks Grover!

The sales woman in the light department was very helpful. I love the hanging light fixture we brought home!

I went to get some plain ole 1/2" drip pipe. I needed about 500' but all they had was individually cut and wrapped 50 ft that was about four times marked up than normal so I walked out.and ordered what I needed on Amazon.

Excellent customer service! If you need advice or a part to fix something, this is the place to go.

I was referred to go here by my handyman. He was right, very knowledgeable people. I didn't know about the "take a number" system though, it seems to work for those needing help and information. Very nice employees!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they do not act or show irritation when asked for help explaining "how to".

This is the best store ever always polite always helpful they go out their way to show you what you need to do and suggest what you should get at the best prices I just recently got a water pump and I was really so confused but the gentleman sit there and show me hey it's easy it just looks different and took it apart and showed me where I need to connect everything I'm so appreciated that he took the time to do that and to show me what to do why do all my plumbing and stuff from this store
