Got a lot of really useful information from Rich and he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Honest businessman, good value.

Best computer repair experience I've ever had! I wanted to upgrade my CPU to try to fix some audio recording issues, and Rich not only did that, but he also identified a couple other things that could be contributing to the problem. The work was done faster and cheaper than I expected, and the pops and clicks are now gone. Top notch work!

I've been to Guerilla Arts Group twice, and will go back whenever I need a repair. I'm not computer savvy. Rich never talks down to me but I end up understanding what is going on and what needs to be done.

I took a coworkers laptop into Rich after another IT repair company had it for two weeks without any work done. Luckily, he happened to have the part on hand (laptop display), installed it within 15 minutes, pro-rated the labor, and I was on my way.

He will definitely be my company’s first stop for any repairs in the future.

I came to him because I was unable to access a large portion of my data. I sent him all of the steps that I took to troubleshoot and had a plan of action ready when I arrived. I appreciated that he was able to explain the intricacies of the hardware/software issues involved. In the end we were able to solve the issue and I couldn’t be happier.

Friendly, affordable, and speedy repairs! It was really nice to find a local shop in the heart of South East Portland that does such a great job. They were also very informative into what they were doing and how to resolve certain issues. 10/10 would recommend!

I am in awe of Rich, the true detective of the byte world. Rich was able to find and save critical data from my crapped out laptop, including a very important file. He is a true detective, with the patience, skill and generous spirit that makes Two Brothers the hands down ONLY place to get tech help.

Never in my life have I had such a good experience with a computer repair shop. The owner bent over backwards to help me in a crisis and I am very grateful. He's also knowledgeable, forthright and honest. I am taking my computer back. From now on I won't be messing around trying to find the help I need from places like Frys, The Windows store or Best buy "tech support". Don't waste your time either, just take your machine here, you'll be happy you did.

It was awesome to get some work done by Rich, the owner of Two Brothers. He helped me with my chromebook even though it's not a type of computer that he usually works with. If you have gaming computers or PC's this may be a great place to check out. Thanks for your help Rich:)
