Very talented with applying color

Connie’s professionalism, skill & pricing are a great package—I always walkout feeling happy & satisfied!

They did cut my hair however, they did not do the style that I requested. I would've preferred to be told "hey, I'm sorry I can't do this hairstyle for you" at least be honest. I would've been fine and just went elsewhere for my haircut if that was the case. Also, I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child and grasped like a rag doll when my hair was being cut. I'll stick to my normal place for my haircuts.

They ruined my hair 2 years ago and burned it with lightning with blonde and fried it. She said after I complained my hair would never be long again. So what answer is that? Well finally after 2 years it’s grown back. She may do good haircuts for guys. But as far as anything with women’s hair! No clue.

Smells like a casino day I got my haircut. (10/3/2023) Very left seat I smelled super strong odor of cigarette smoke. Are they smoking in there? Made me super nautious. Not to mention the person who did my hair barked orders at me and jerked me around. Even sitting at the waiting area I still smelled smoke. Hope they find whoever doing it. There is NO smoking inside any building! Outside is ok.

This is a really good place to come to for haircuts. Connie and her associate are very proficient in their skills AND the prices are a bargain! Two thumbs up on H&D hair salon in Tigard!

I've been getting my hair cut here for over a year now, and I can tell you that as long as these ladies are open, this is where I'll go. Very friendly, very efficient, and very good prices. I always enjoy the experience when I come here. I would highly recommend getting your hair done here.

My neighbor recommended HD Hair Salon and I’m so glad that she did. Connie has the most reasonable prices in town and does quality hair. Reading through the other reviews, I was dismayed to see a couple of poor reviews as I’ve not ever had a negative experience in this salon. Connie does my hair exactly as I ask and has expressly said that if I’m not happy with it to come back and she will fix any concerns. As it happens, I’ve never had to get anything fixed because I leave extremely happy each time. Highly recommend!

I love this place. They're so friendly. I am telling you, they know exactly what they're doing. I met Coco, she's the nicest, calm & friendly fur baby ever. She even sat on my lap while I was on this hair steamer treatment. I am very happy with the outcome of my hair color. Connie is the best & her fur baby COCO. They are definitely a pet friendly Salon.

Connie has been coloring my hair for years. I was recommended by a coworker and I have been going back ever since. She always does a beautiful job.
I also like her partner in the shop to. If Connie can’t cute my hair I know her co worker can. Love the convenience.

I have been going to HD salon for over 12 years for my color and cut! They came highly recommended from my friends who used to go to very high end shops. I was so pleased with their professionalism! And the price was exceptional! I have also been to many high end salons and have not been happy until I found HD. Have also had others do my hair when out of town etc…… but it never turns out as nice.
And because of the great pricing, I treat myself to a wash and style almost once a week, even though I live in Vancouver. But they do such a good job and I leave feeling great! I get compliments on my hair all the time.

I’ve been going to HD for years. Connie is an excellent and wonderful hairstylist. She always does a good job with my hair. Always taking her time to make sure my haircut is perfect.
The salon is clean and bright with a friendly atmosphere. Connie and Huong always greet everyone who walks in the door with a smile. I could tell most of the customers I met each time I was there are long-time customers like me. Great service so we all keep coming back!
