They have been so helpful and so professional. The customer service they have shown us has been so great. Just picked up 1/4 beef.
Packing slip says we picked up 169lbs, got home and it’s only 110lbs.
So tired of being told one thing only to get another.
I’m sure they will say that the 169 was “hanging weight”.
Just another in a long line of disappointments.
