Came for a massage which was fine but the hair stylists are so stuck up. I wanted to also get an eyebrow wax done and the one person who was available walked over, looked me up and down and said no and just walked away. BEYOND RUDE. Will never come back or recommend for any hair related services. 0/10 I would give 0 stars if I could.

When I made the appt it was supposed to be an all day event. Where my hair nails waxing all got done while my boyfriend got a massage when he got off work I left there very disappointed in my experience. My wax lady expressed how bad she felt for me my hair stylist (Beth) bleached my hair an burnt it bad after giving her the freedom of creativity the stylist across from me I swear either had something in her eye or was glaring at me the whole time an still haven’t gotten my nails done cuz I had to spend that money elsewhere to turn my hair back exactly how it was before I got there. So you can imagine this long after a wax deleting my messages how incredibly frustrating it feels to even be reminded of my experience with Hair Co.

I got my hair done by Paige a few months ago and only upped a star because she did really try to do her best with my hair at the beginning. I was red before for years and wanted to start going blonde, she didn’t give me a consultation beforehand and went in completely blind. When I showed her the reference picture she laughed, I said that I know we won’t get that today but I’d like to get as close as possible. She put mostly brown in my hair and did the complete underside of my hair brown because she didn’t have time. I didn’t know we were only doing highlights apparently, she cut my hair unevenly and rushed to do my hair because she wasn’t prepared for the amount of time I’d take. Ended with her charging me more than what she quoted because she didn’t realize it was a color correction.

First time here! Got hair cut, perm, and Beth took care of me. Very professional, friendly, respectful, and excellent job. The whole place is very clean, eye pleasing decor, with a great vibe. Everyone was nice, professional, and friendly. Great to now have a place to get hair done. Happy, Happy, client, I am… Thank you Beth and look forward to coming back. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to make it very clear that this review is for Paige and not the salon itself. If someone pays a good amount of money for a pedicure, they expect quality and professionalism. Telling someone “I don’t like doing nails” as you’re doing their nails and also not providing them with the complete service you had paid for is extremely disappointing. If you book a pedicure at this salon and it’s with Paige, don’t even bother wasting your money or time because you will get a snotty attitude, bad personality, and an awful experience.

Had one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time with the in-house barber Michael. He took great care of me and the cut and had a great conversation. He learned what I wanted and took care of me in a great amount of time. If you’re looking for a solid barber in the area definitely check him out! And make sure to make/keep your appointments; he’s booking up quick!

Wanted to love this place but honestly had such a negative experience. I booked with Paige (a hairstylist that I spoke with 3 times over the phone before my appointment & she claimed to be familiar with the type of extensions I had) When I showed up to my appointment, she was running very behind & didn’t even bother to give me a heads up until I was pulling into the salon parking lot, 7 minutes before the appointment time. After waiting for nearly an hour, she took a look at my hair & confessed that she wasn’t prepared for the type of extensions I had & the grow-out. She sent me on my way with the reassurance that she could do it another day but kept referring to a different method of extension installation that I wasn’t familiar with. A method that also didn’t make a lot of sense for the type of extensions I had. After leaving, I politely texted her lots of clarifying questions (because who would drop $500+ without understanding & feeling confident with what the hair stylist intends to do with your hair, especially a new method?) my questions were met with the most unprofessional, defensive, petty & immature responses including her eventually choosing to never respond back. & somehow she still expected me to show up to my appointment? I’ve truly never had a more childish encounter in a setting that is supposed to feel safe & professional.

I come here to get my nails done. I've tried every single place around and this salon.the best. I would have to contribute 3/4 of the 5stars to Kelly. She's the best nail tech in the whole county! I can't imagine going anywhere else. She does a phenomenal job every single time! Oh and there's ppl that cut hair there to!
