Dan did a wonderful job cutting and styling my wife's hair. My wife and I were stoked by immaculate care and attention to detail.she looks as good as the day of our wedding over a decade ago.

I’m very apprehensive about getting my hair cut, and Emma was awesome about making sure it was how I wanted and made me more comfortable by explaining what she was doing. I love how my hair turned out, thank you Emma!

Bri did an amazing job with my first ever balayage and gave exactly what I asked for, if not even better! I was always hesitant to get it done, but I am so so glad I did. Will definitely be going here from now on and recommend it to everyone.

I would have ordinarily recommend this hair salon to anyone until I had an emergency with my children this morning and was unable to cancel an appointment 24 hours ahead of time. At this point I was informed that if I ever wanted another appointment with them I would have to pay 50% extra in the future or bring them a DOCTORS NOTE proving my kids are sick. She exclaimed I signed a contract holding me to this. This company really thinks it is ok to price gouge during a pandemic just because I had no idea my kids would wake up sick. I never intended to cancel last minute at all and would not have done so if I didnt have to. This is so wrong to do just because we do not want to get anyone sick and cant always cancel 24 hours ahead because of that. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be reporting this business to the BBB for their business practices during the pandemic.

I tried a few different salons in the area before coming here. They really know what they are doing. Dan does my hair and it is always perfect.

These professionals are willing to go above and beyond to make every client feel special and beautiful! Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality hair/ skin/ lash services!

I was incredibly satisfied with my service. I was recommended to Brianna for fixing up my grow out. I am a natural brunette with curly hair who was partially dyed blonde and went in to blend the blonde with my dark roots. Brianna was very professional and one of the only stylists I have had that I left feeling like my hair did not sustain any damage or have any hints of orange after my service. She provided a lot of information and feedback on how to work with and care for my hair that I haven’t gotten from other salons and was very pleasant to talk to. Not gonna lie I teared up a tad coming back from the bowl after the toning because I have sat in chairs for significantly longer time and ended up with a darker blonde than what I wanted and Brianna was able to safely lighten my hair in half the time. Incredibly grateful, I would certainly recommend her. Worth the money.

I absolutely recommend booking Brianna for your next cut or color. My hair was damaged from a previous salon and she helped me feel comfortable right from the start. She is knowledgeable on products and creating a realistic goal with you so you get the results your looking for. My hair has never felt healthier and I always love my color. On top of that, she is the sweetest person ever!

I highly recommend Dan. Very skilled & knowledgable, even w/ my thick, long hair. Helped get me unstuck about what hairstyle to go for, & he cut off some damage from no haircut in 9 months, yikes. It was a treat. Never had a guy stylist before; strong hands made having my hair washed extra relaxing. Glad I asked about color, for later; Dan knows a lot about the science behind choosing the right brand etc.

Bri is amazing! She did my first balayage ever and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. She was also so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding products and styling. I'm absolutely obsessed with my new hair!

I’ve been seeing Brianna for over two years now at Hair Tactics. She is wonderful and has done beautiful cuts and colors for me as well as waxing my brows. Can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done!

I’ve had my hair done many places (blonde) and it always turned out very yellow and fake looking, but after reading many amazing reviews, I went to see Bri. I LOVE how Bri does my hair, she makes the experience enjoyable and is such a nice person to talk to. She always helps me decide what is best for my hair and recommends the best products. She really goes the extra mile and I love going to see her.

I cannot praise Brianna enough! She has been extremely patient and kind all while making sure to answer any and all questions I may have. I know when I sit in her chair that she is going to do her best to not only achieve but SLAY my hair goals all while maintaining the health of my hair. Dan was amazing! Knew exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't describe it. He really took his time, I'm used to rush jobs from Great Clips and Super Cuts. This was way better and the price wasn't too bad either! $57 (not including tip) to chop off like 9+ inches of hair and style and texture it PERFECTLY.

Emma did my hair today and she is amazing. Engaged conversation. Very educating on how to style. Ill be going here from now on.

We last minute booked haircuts here back to back with Dan, he was amazing. Really took his time understanding what I wanted and ensuring that I liked my haircut and that it would grow out nicely. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, if I lived in Portland I would definitely come back.
