Hallmark Resort Hotel Newport, Oregon

Becki and her team are outstanding with all of the events that happen around The Hallmark. Definitely great staff and a must visit.

Clean, nice rooms. Great ocean views. Georgie's restaurant was awesome. Had an issue that the manager took care of immediately.

Great hotel overall. Amazing views, location, service, restaurant, everything. Would recommend it.

They were even kind enough to waive the cost of a room's night, since we checked out at night time without notice so we could have a more peaceful trip with the kids. We didn't ask for it, nor were expecting it.

The best experience I've ever had at a hotel/resort. The staff there was what did it. Went above and beyond on everything. I can't stress enough, this is the best place to stay. Amazing!

The customer service at this hotel was unparalleled. Every single staff from housekeeping, to maintenance, to front desk, to management was there for us. They were prompt in every request, happy to oblige. When I wanted to extend my stay, they upgraded us for free. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and the views, incredible. We had a loft first, great for multiple people. Then went to a limited double queen, even better. The pool and hot tub were on 45 minute reservations which was a nice treat during pandemic. The hotel is walking distance to the Bayfront for shopping and dining and sea lions. And Georgies restaurant next door was amazing. 15 minutes for takeout, amazing quality food. My only complaint is both rooms had a musty smell, but they gave us air freshener spray. It's a great family, couple, friend spot with much to do and enjoy. I want to go back!

Had the best night if my life and got engaged at your hotel beautiful room although we missed out on some of the things in our package like petals an truffles we had a great time

Brought my kiddo Maximus here for his 5th bday and threw in a special request alerting the staff, just for the heck of it. When they said they'd love to contribute to his bday celebration I was stoked and had expected maybe a milk bone with his name on a sticky note or something. Instead Anya and her team not only MADE HIM A CARD, but put together a little gift basket with cookies and treats and even gave us some extra goodies on the side. Max was ECSTATIC. He was so excited to see all of these goodies for himself- and they even threw in a little somethin' somethin' for me ;) Customer Service and response time here is incredible and the view from my Premium King room was beautiful. I melted in the spa jet bath. It was an amazing experience for both me and the birthday boy. Thanks so much for making our little 1 night getaway so special, Hallmark. We'll be seeing you next year!

This place and the people who work there made our 20th anniversary more special than it already was. I cannot say enough great things about them!

This was our second visit to this Hallmark location, it is still a very nice facility. The only complaint that we had is the mattresses are a little hard. Other than that the service and cleanliness were great.

Unbelievably spacious and well-appointed rooms.ocean views are spectacular, especially at sunset.excellent staff and service.

Excellent oceanfront hotel with all of the options. Next door to this hotel is Georgie's Grill which has tremendous food, breakfast lunch and dinner. Newport is a beautiful town and this hotel is located near to most of the major businesses. Check it out and see the gorgeous view!

Attended a wedding here, the view was amazing and the food was delicious. Only complaint is that the drinks weren't free.

Beautiful views. We saw whales spouting from our balcony! The rooms are dated but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Shower was clean. The attached bar and grill had great food!

Had the fish tacos! Absolutely Delicious, would recomend this place. View was amazing even saw a few whales!

Very nice Motel right on the beach. All rooms have a view. Easy to go anywhere from there. Clean rooms great beds. Very nice staff.

Prices are always high on the coast however worth it at this hotel. Breakfast was great and very convenient next door but not a free one.

Good hotel in a great location. The room was clean and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony was great, we could see whales out in the ocean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was ok not great. Overall though I definitely felt like it was worth the money and I would stay there again.

That's my first time here and I will come back.thanks for being dog friendly and not make a big deal like others
