I experienced the perfect facial there on a quiet Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sierra was professional, informative and kind while cleaning and examining my skin. Sometimes you encounter people who are just really natural and exceptional in their field. I left feeling lucky enough to experience that with the facial I received that day.

Another user described this as “the fast food of massage places”, and while that’s a bit farther than I’d go, I’d probably describe it as the fast-casual of spas. While a monthly membership seems like a good deal, you kinda get what you pay for, in my experience. The therapists I saw were professional and nice, and the front desk staff was always friendly, but it always felt very impersonal, and each visit was consistently mediocre. I ultimately decided to cancel my membership.

Although I typically don't go to this location, I had one of the best experiences here last week!

I stupidly booked a massage at this location instead of my usual one on Williams. I was booked for a 90 minute hot stone massage, a real treat that I only get every few months. When I arrived at my usual location on time, I was told that I was in the wrong place. I checked my email confirmation and to my surprise I had booked a massage at this location instead. Feeling frustrated with myself, I called this location and told them about the situation. They were super understanding, and said if I could make it within 30 minutes I could still get my 90 minute massage with no additional charges!

I was thrilled and had such a phenomenal massage by Tatiana (I think)! She was incredibly flexible and responsive to my needs. She relieved my stress and even made me laugh a couple of times. She is an absolute joy and I highly recommend anyone get a massage from her.

The only reason I give this four stars is because the walls are incredibly fun. The spa shares a wall with a variety of other buildings, and often I could hear other people talking from next door.

Would for sure visit this location if I were in the neighborhood again!

Facials by Ren are top notch. She is excellent at her craft and I only let her touch my face. She takes her time, makes you feel comfortable and does a great job. She takes notes every session and remembers past treatments. She definitely caters to her clients and it shows! Separately, I’ve had about 3 massages here, none of them have been good.

I had a swedish massage here and it was fantastic! I've never had a professional service like this before and I was very happy with my experience. Definitely melted my stress away!

My facial and massage were truly wonderful. However, there seems to be such a high volume of clients and quick turnarounds that it detracts from what could be a relaxing environment. And makes me feel bad for the staff. There should be some buffer time built in between appointments to help staff prep rooms and take a few calming breaths before jumping right in with the next client. Otherwise great service and everyone was so nice.

I was overcharged for facial on the 9th; this is the second time I've been overcharged by front desk. It can be kind of difficult to get $ back as seemingly one manager has clearance to edit purchases. Hit or miss on quality of service (I recommend a facial w/ Wren). Ambiance is what you'd expect of a standard franchise spa. Clean. Ask for a receipt when you leave.

The fast food of day spas. I would not waste my money at this place. They rush you in and out like cattle and you are not allotted the entire time you have paid for. The services are subpar at best with a lot of boredom during the facial.

Loved Pnina! Got a facil done and jt was SOOOOO relaxing. Also since I was going out later that night she recommended a beauty facial so my face wouldnt be crazy shiny! Receptionists were alsk very friendly~ Literally going back next week for a massage!

Thank god they got rid of Raven, now I can go back and get a massage without having a negative force over me.

The NW store manager (a gentleman) that replaced Raven (I think that was her name) is so helpful, professional, friendly, truly cares about his job and treats his clients like they are family.

April & Scott are my favorite massage therapists.

April is amazing! Ritualistic, if wanted, talks one thru an area she might be focusing on. Such genuine and joyous energy in her soothing environment. She truly cares about helping us heal and/or help our body to stretch, release and relax. Educated, great welcoming energy, and with such a dedicated focus on our health and wellness. A+

Scott is dynamite! Great for deep tissue massages. He as well knows how and where to work when there’s an issue that we may or may not know about. Strong hands. He is by far one of my favorites there too! I leave his visit feeling loose, like a new body.

Their wonderful flavored water infusions work! Light enhancement to water and they 100% help one drink more water and absorb too. Their infusions coat our stomach and truly help us stay healthy & hydrated.

Drink lots of infused water post any massage to move all the toxins out of your system.

Their candles are THE BEST. Burn even, clean & refreshing scent all the way up to the last burn. I am a candle aficionado and I don’t buy any other candle. None company, not even the $60-$80 ones at high end boutiques.

My Girlfriend and I enjoyed a 50 min couples massage together last week. The very next day she had extreme pain and limited mobility in her shoulder where her masseuse spent some time on. She called to let the staff know about how uncomfortable she felt and was promised a call back but was never followed up with.

Overly priced. Bad service.please don't waste your money and time. U can get it gone @home.

Do not go here! The vibe is horrible and they are dishonest. I received an e-gift card for a 50 minute massage or facial from my boyfriend for Christmas. The part of the email that was supposed to have a gift card number was left blank. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told it would be fine and that they could look it up by the email it was sent to when I arrived. I got there 10 minutes early to make sure this was taken care of. Upon arrival, I was met with a very hostile tone and was told they could not find it in the system. After over 40 minutes of dealing with this, a manager looked it up using the same email I had been giving the receptionist the entire time. I was then ushered back to my appointment and had less than 30 minutes of massage time. When I came back out to the the lobby, I asked them what they were going to do to make this right and was told there was nothing they could do. I told them I didn’t think it was fair that my boyfriend paid for a 50 minute massage and I got less than half of that due to issues on their end. They, again, said there was nothing they could do. I left feeling more irritated and stressed than I came. I felt they should have cared about my experience more and made it right, or at least told me that my massage time was going to be limited and gave me the chance to reschedule. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The massage was nice and relaxing. However, the booking is very deceiving. I booked 1 hour and it only lasted about 45 min. I booked a massage and added on scalp treatment (assumed the add on would add time to the 1 hr massage).

They explained after, that the one hour includes undressing and what not and that their massages last approximately 50 min.

Yet I walked into the room at 9: 05 and checked out at the front desk at 9: 50 so it all doesn’t really add up…

Booking another massage tomorrow with a clinic that guarantees their massages last the whole hour, as they should, and can’t wait!

This place is great for a massage. Exceptionally welcoming staff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a massage with out the “spa” frill.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for 3 years now and have seen many talented massage therapists. Drew has been by far the best though! She is incredibly talented and warm-spirited. She makes you feel very comfortable and does great work. 10/10 reccomend!
