I felt so refreshed the next day and my muscles & body was less tight the next day ive been over due for a massage only had a massage 3 times in my life but you don't know what you are missing until you find the right person to massage you then you will notice the good difference. Hand and Stone Massage have cancelled my pre scheduled massage appointment on me the day before multiple times in a row now. This is not acceptable and is a common business practice of this massage studio. They will make you pay a cancellation fee if you cancel but routinely cancel at the last minute with absolutely no remorse or consequences. Very hypocritical and toxic culture. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Got an unexpected sciatic flare up on a visit to town, and David and the staff at Hand and Stone gave me an amazing and comfortable experience!

The lobby was very dirty! However the treatments good. Angie is a pro and the ONLY ONE I’d get treatments from.

Facial with Annie was fabulous! She knew her stuff and made it very memorable! Massage with David wasn’t as good. He offered me 4 types of oils to choose from and failed to say that by picking CBD it would be an extra $30. Not a word was spoken after that initial request. I felt like he rushed through the massage and it was supposed to be 50 min but was only 40 min. Definitely go to Annie again!

Front desk was very friendly. David was my masseuse and was excellent! I like hard to medium pressure (almost deep tissue but not quite) and he gave me just that! It was relaxing and beneficial to my muscles as well!
My only critique would be to turn on the heating pad (under the sheet) before your client even enters the room because the bed was freezing when I got under the sheet.

Massage was okay but ended with 15 minutes left. We pay for an hour and are short changed as well as giving gratuity on top of that. That is bad business and bad advertisement. As I read these reviews at the end of each comment it says for US the customer to call and rectify the situation when good customer service is YOU the company should be calling. After all we pay 80.00 for the 45 minutes! Canceling my membership.

Very welcoming staff in the front Desk, waiting of the appoinmet wasnt bad at all no more then 5 min, very clean place and smell good.

Allie was a very intuitive massage therapist! Relaxing environment and friendly staff, but the pricing is quite high.

I had a facial somewhere else years ago, and it was a terrible experience. I went to Hand and Stone at Progress Ridge, and it was wonderful. They do an amazing facial massage and are gentle and make you feel relaxed and pampered. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I have received several facials from Angela Barnum and really appreciate her knowledge and depth of understanding of skin issues. I have sensitive skin and she addresses it well and always has great recommendations specific to my needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and service! They treat me like family. Emily gives the best massages hands down!

Excellent customer service not to mention the actual services! I've been a member for years and I'm very happy with what that's provided me. I mainly have been to the progress ridge location and the NW downtown Portland location. 10/10 would get massages and facials again
