4I had an appointment on October fourth at 4 PM.and her instructions state to call when you are outside and she will come meet you. But, I was no call no showed. And I sat outside, waiting for 30 minutes I even knocked on the door as well as both garage doors. I left three voicemails personally and also had my partner call and leave a voicemail with no response. For this, being my first experience with this business, it is completely unprofessional. I do feel like my time has been wasted, since I did plan my whole day around this excursion. I am a very flexible person. If it needed to be rescheduled, you have our contact information so there is no excuse. I wouldn’t recommend booking if your not okay with your time and gas being wasted. But if you are okay with that I would say this place is definitely for you. *edit* *I will keep this up until she contacts me about the situation and apologizes and takes accountability till then its staying up and i’ve reviewed everywhere I could*
I am over the moon with the level of care and professionalism my cat receives. If you are looking for a groomer for your pet, look no further. Happy Tails is the best! Highly recommended
