Wow, the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I had no fewer than three staff members help me find the item I was looking for, going so far as to open the package for me to make sure it was the right fit before I paid. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming too. And as a woman, to be helped without being dismissed or having someone assume I don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s uplifting. Thank you, Happy Valley ACE!

What a great store. Biggest ace I have ever been into. They always have the small “whatever” I am looking for. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Unprofessional and frankly rude manager. I will start by saying the staff as I walked in was very helpful and polite. I was having issues with an online order, so I asked to speak with the manager, his name was Steve. He proceeded to give me a complete run around and explain every reason that the issue couldn't possibly be his or the store's fault, though I had a confirmation email stating that the order was ready for pickup, even having me come behind a computer monitor to "see for myself" that they didnt have the order. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Steve. I have known Ace Hardware to be a place of professionalism and efficiency, so it is unfortunate that this experience will leave a bad taste in my mouth in the time to come.

Service NOT so good. We bought an air conditioner online for pick up at one of the locations and when we got the email that it was ready my husband went to pick it up and it was then canceled and we were told that store has never carried it. We really needed one and still do and the Manger did nothing for us except refund but that can take days and we need an ac unit today. Not ok customer experience. Understand it may have been an online issue but that needs to be figured out with the heat in the area

I came here to get key copies for my new place and the employees were super friendly. Answered questions but weren’t overbearing like some other stores. Prices were decent too for a hardware store.

Leo was very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The store is on the small side so they don't carry everything the bigger box stores carry.

Andrew (manager on duty) provided terrible customer service. Came out multiple times as I sat waiting and never acknowledged presence avoiding all eye contact.

The whole staff was so helpful and welcoming. Made me feel as if we were in a small town store. I came in to get a kiddie pool for my baby and the staff helped me adjust the cart to put my baby in, pointed me in the direction I was looking for, even carried my kiddie pool for me at the cash register and helped me out to the car! Will definitely come back here!

Horrible customer service experience. Management and ownership should really train employees to do a better. I waited at the key duplicate center only a few feet away from the gentleman that was working there. I patiently waited for him to look at me so I could ask for assistance but he never did. After a minute I walked out and took my business to Home Depot.
