Happy Valley Arts Academy

I took lessons with Curtis for a long time at Happy Valley Arts Academy, and my experience was wonderful! The people at the front desk were always so cheerful, and I learned so much.

Curtis Dahl teaches piano here and he is phenomenal teacher. Very well versed in music theory and accomplished musician himself but his real strength is he can see why you are having trouble with something and give you exercises to overcome it. He could literally take anyone at any level of piano and help them improve… because he understands the psychology as well as the physiology of why a student is having trouble. I have three members of my family taking classes from him because he is that outstanding. He is encouraging, understanding, and can teach anyone from young children to over 50+ like myself … he respects everyone wherever they are at on their music journey.

Josh is a wonderful teacher. He is patient and kind and brings lots of positive energy with him. My son did not want to take lessons but Josh makes it fun. Thank you!

Kids have been enjoying guitar lessons at Happy Valley Arts Academy for months. They really enjoy learning from Anandi. She’s a talented musician and a tremendous teacher. Highly recommend HV Arts Academy and teacher Anand!

Ms. Lindsey has been a fun teacher to work with. She’s great with teaching younger children. My daughter is taking voice lessons with her.

It is not often that a person will strike gold. And even if they do, it usually comes at a very high price. However, I HAVE stuck gold in having Gabrielle Widman as my teacher. And getting her was so easy. I only had to ask.

She exceeds my expectations beyond what I could have dreamed. Her talented voice inspires me. I am wowed every time she sings. She is patient and kind even when I'm not doing well. She encourages me to do better without making me feel bad when I mess up.

Yes, you have a gold mine in Gabriella. I can't imagine having anyone else teach me. My taking lessons in the first place is a very scary and life stretching experience. People who know me are surprised I am doing this. I come from a very dark place. Taking these lessons is a sure sign that I'm living in the light. She always puts me at ease. She is a very favorite person and I'm looking forward to great things to come.

We love Happy Valley Arts Academy! Josh and Fedja have both been phenomenal teachers for our kids. They are patient, fun, and enthusiastic and the school has a very positive atmosphere.

We are so happy that Happy Valley art of Academy give opportunity for kids to learn and explore music from young age. Since my son with teacher Meghan, he have been learned a lot of violin techniques. Hopefully in the future, they can put every teachers profile in the website.
