Add by some tools for job Harbor freight hatim and day lasted just as long as the name brand just in case you're wondering I got an extension to put a socket on for my impact

Left without spending $599 didn't want to deal with the smart mouth kid that didn't seem to want to work. Not going back

Great prices (always a 20% coupon onlone) and quality keeps getting better every year. The employees at the Bend store know their stuff

The ladies there knew what was where, offered a warranty (which I bought because a man walked in said his paint sprayer didn't work - there was no hastle helped him use warrantee and back out the door ️️ and they even helped me find coupons and load everything. Great job ladies

Lots of nice tools. Very good price. Quality inn tools not so much solar panels and lights. No good customer service good very clean store easy access.

This place has decent prices. Alot of tools & other " mens" work items. They have compressors, dremal tools, welding things, tarps, tool boxes large & small. Nice variety of odds & ends.

Store is in a easily accessible location. The store had a great selection of tools, generators, etc. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Normally a big Harbor Freight guy. They were out of a generator I wanted to buy, and refused to take down their floor model to sell it to me. Didn't offer to check any other locations to see if others had it in stock.

When it comes to cheap made 1 time use tools, this is your place. Dont expect any customer service, even the MOD was super angry. Fyi a smile goes a long way.

Great selection of tools but the employees are not friendly and do not like to be asked where tools are

Really great prices on cheap tools! Certain things you buy from here and certain things you dont.for example, do buy (hammers, prybars, screwdrivers, drill bits, sanding disks, rubber gloves, socket sets, tarps, tiedowns, bungees, caster wheels, and most any hand tools you can think of!
I don't recommend buying pneumatic or cordless power tools from here unless you just need them for a single project!
So all in all a great store to save money on tools.

No e clean well stocked HF although significantly smaller than other stores I've been to but have always had what I went for.

Inexpensive tools for the average person.

Harbor freight as a company, great idea. Unfortunately they have srayed from the path of great customer service, and become a numbers driven business. This means that the employees have to ask all the questions that they do, like phone number, adress, email, etc.

The employees aren't under customer review, and even if an employee has every customer saying, " give this guy/gal a raise! " They will respond with, "it will be consideration" or "i agree". But then unless the employee has the best attachments (phone number and emails) and most service plans/memberships sold, they could be the bottom of the food chain and be on final notice for not preforming to company standard.

Untill hft changes how it treats its employees, it will never get more than 2 stars from me.in my opinion no matter how great the experience is, unless they treat their customers and employees with care, they aren't worthy of an above average review.
