Best customer service I've seen in a long time, even when they are slammed and low staffed they go above and beyond to help everyone!

I shop at harbor freight first before going elsewhere for anything tool related because their prices crush everybody else. The employees are always willing to help when I can't find something or don't understand the function of something.

Kelly is your man at Salem store. Tool quality is as good as anyone. Plus life time warranty on hand tools.

Gotta love Harbor Freight for their prices, but I won't buy any power tools from them again. Trash. Or sand paper.

My first visit to this location. Went in for a new drill and a ladder today. Always satisfied with my purchases at HF. Great customer service and friendly staff willing to help.

My opinion of harbor freight is that most of their tools are a one time use tool. Not good quality tools. But if you only need to use the tool once or twice this is the place for cheap tools.

Thank you. The cashier was closing and we were next in line. You kept your isle open for us, my fiance is 78 on a Cain. We didn't have to walk to the other end of the store. Employees were an amazing help! We loved Kimberly. And the guy with black hair and pony tail! Didn't see his name!

Staff not very helpful, price tags not accurate for items on shelf, was told the product for the tag was unavailable, however shelf was full of more expensive similar product. Store is clean, and has some good deals. Be careful and check the SKU numbers.

Usually a good place to pick up what I need but this time the service was poor until I complained to the manager to get it fixed

Good store. Some employees helpful than others. Lots of items that cost much less than Home Depot or Lowes.

Love this place and will continue to shop here. Next stop will be getting a power washer and a paint spray gun for painting a 6ft.fence around our property, for less than $100. It is well worth it to sign up for there mailing. Great sales and prices.

I haven't had to order anything in at the store but I will tell you that that's a that's a good group of people they seem to know what they're talking about and it was a nice nice experience I will be back

Always phenomenal customer service. Super helpful and energetic. Pleasant environment to say the least. I usually find what I need. Rarely have I left empty handed. Tools are anywhere from one time use to years of trusted service. There’s usually an option depending on what you’re looking to spend. And most things come with a warranty option which has always proved to be worth the money on items that tend to see more abuse. It’s not just a “Chinese” tool store anymore. Check them out and I’m sure you’ll agree.

I purchased one box of gloves a couple weeks ago to see if they would be worth buying 10 more boxes later before the sale ended. I did not have the required coupon as the employee scanned it under the counter, $5.99. I came back a couple weeks later to buy the other 10 boxes a few days before the sale was to end. It happened to be Dave the manager who waited on me. I gave him my phone number which tells him I am a preferred customer in which I am mailed special coupons. I DID NOT have the coupon once again but he would not sell me these 10 boxes of gloves because I did not have the coupon. I explained I lived in another town almost an hour drive away. He would not sell me the 10 boxes of gloves in my cart. I walked out very disappointed.
