Harbor Freight Tools

I like the selection. I don't like how greedy they are when they know there are coupons and tell you they are not sure. When they know they could just scan a coupon for you.

Previously, I bought an item thinking it may suit my needs. I asked about returning the item if it was not desirable. The quote from cashier says 30 day policy.
So the next visit, I wished to return the item as it no longer was viable. I was instantly rejected be cause I was not in their system. A PIC came to the checkstand and flipped my receipt over and said it was stated there.
I was floored at the action and there was no offered alternative.
Beware of verbal and written warranties and disclaimers. Cash is king; however, a credit card may have had better clout.

I found a pair of leather gloves? In my size! I don't usually find my size in their store! It was awesome!

Often times it's cheaper to buy a low price tool here rather than rent one elsewhere like HD.

After a big rear wheel of my lawnmower finally became unusable, I decided to see what Harbor Freight had as a replacement.
I found a slightly smaller diameter model with the correct shank bore.
So I bought 2!
Harbor Freight to the rescue at $7.99 each for the 10 inch wheels.

Getting better quality stuff by the day. Now have the option of paying more for better stuff or get the usual inexpensive stuff that may not hold up as well.

Lots of necessity tools. Mechanically speeking. Altough chaser not friendly at no point of 300.00 sell.

I love that place. There return policy is excellent. Cashiers are super polite and helpful.

I just wanted to pop on here and say the 3 main ladies here, are absolutely amazing. They always great you and go out of there way to be helpful. They are very observant of those douchebags trying to steal last couple times I was in they could tell who were going to try and steal or not but they were still helping customers get everything they needed quickly. So ladies thank you for making the shopping experience easy and pleasant!

I mean come on it's Harbor Freight what's not to love? It is by far my guilty pleasure and if it wasn't for the great prices my wife would despise the place but she can't because she knows I'm always getting a good deal and a bargain. I even saw she has the Harbor Freight app on her phone

Didn't have what I was looking for (dehumidifier) but had like EVERYTHING else haha. Layout was super confusing. Took me a couple trips up and down the aisles just to figure out the layout then kept searching until I didn't find what I needed. But still, saw so many great deals on things I wish I could have bought. Impressive prices!

Seems like a cool store, sort of a discount hardware store. Time will tell on the quality I guess, but I got an air compressor that seems good enough to air up my car tires. Staff was helpful and friendly. Unless the air compressor explodes or something I'd so here again.

Smaller store and had to hunt someone down for help. Once I got someone to help they were very nice

I love this store. The prices are great the staff is helpful and if any hand tool breaks you take it back and they replace it for free, it's awesome.

Good price for decent quality tools but there's stuff I would prefer to buy elsewhere

There was two women that work there& they were helpful in my search for the right tool. Ill tell you one thing, you better get there early because the specials/do not last long. But i did find what I was looking for & then some.

Can't beat the prices. Staff are efficient and helpful. Some item missing from the shelf due to shortages.

Always affordable tools. The quality has gotten better over the years, but still not as good as snap on.

Love this location. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Its always clean and shelves are stocked if they've got it in stock.
