Harbor Freight Tools reviews
16I would give them 5 stars but the guy with glasses, who was at the front when I first came in, was not pleasant at all. Maybe he was new? Everyone else was very nice and very helpful.
Kristen helped out with a Jackery power station. She went above and beyond when helping us. She looked up all the details on several options to help us make an informed decision. Very friendly and helpful. She deserves 10 stars.
I enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight Tools, their prices are fair, the employees are friendly and they usually have the tool or item I need for my next project.
One issue I do have though, the length of time waiting in the checkout line, even if there's only one person in front of you and they only have one transaction, So, if you have spare time and patience, I'd recommend shopping at harbor freight.
Good stock, clean store, quick checkout. The employees are friendly even though most customers seem impatient and obnoxious.
I like the store, very affordable and employees are very nice and helpful, except for the fat obnoxious cashier they have there. She is super rude and racist.
They are always running amazing deals. Such amazing deals that I never manage to walk out with only what I came for.
Found the solar battery charger I needed for just $36.7 watts and Up to 18 vdc it helps keep my battery topped off while I'm out hiking.
It was fine, although the person sent me to the wrong lane and got a bit defensive when I told her which aisle it was in but all good
Great place to get some tools if your just starting out or your tackling a weekend project won’t break your bank and most there stuff is under a warranty!
I love Harbor Freight because I love tools. But they didn't have what my friend needed, but that's OK BECAUSE they have lots of tools.
The place has ok tools for the prices, but it's kind of a dirty place, probably a lot to do with all the bums that are around the area.
The manager Cindi went above and beyond to help me and I am truly grateful for her kind customer service. I will definitely go all the way to Medford just to shop there because of how great they are!
As far as Harbor Freights goes, the service here was impeccable. It's a Harbor Freight, you know what you get, but I found the help overly friendly and accommodating. I get the same service from Harbor Freight in Crescent City too.
Beware Employees are very rude I called ahead to make sure they had something I intended on buying and for the the money I was told it cost so I said done deal and drive an hour there and an hour back and they did not have what they said they had in stock and tried to tell me they had a better one for double the cost even tho it was the same worst store I have every been to will never shop there again
The selection of power tools and hand tools is great. They have great prices and friendly staff.
Looking for a magnetic screen door? They have it. Truck bed cargo nets, lots of buffing pads for vehicle detailing and so much more.
A very understocked store. It was less than half full and employees seemed to not care. This must be the new retail.
