The store manager Davis is a completely liar
I bought something and asked him in case I had to return it if I would have any problems, he told me no, when I do the return, he tells me that I have a 20% charge, which in the initial conversation he did not say, ,

They have the best deals on any kind of tool you could think of. Very friendly staff. It's always a good shopping experience here.

Previously my favorite Harbor Freight in the Portland area. Now I don't go often because 82nd has far too many sketchy characters who hang out in their parking lot. Get there early or go on a rainy day and it's better.

Wherever in need help finding and I'm they always know where to go to get it out where it's located at, turnover seems high there though. I usually don't see the same associates anytime I go in there and I'm in there quite often it seems,

Awesome store for anyone who uses tools of any sort. I hit hem up constantly for the zip ties and metal cutting discs, for whatever reason their brand of cutting discs is better than the name brand ones, last longer and cut better. Recently bought a welder there and it out welded the Lincoln welder I had before, a lot of their products are perfectly fine honestly. For any DIY projects or situations where your not going to be using the heck out of the smaller hand tools, come here! Not to mention the constant sales they have on top of already low priced stuff. Everything I buy here is about 25-35% cheaper and the same quality as say home Depot or Lowe's. My go to store for consumables and tools!

The best prices you just have to know what to buy. Do research online and you will have some of the best tools at the cheapest prices.

They had cheap saw horse that I wanted but cashier did not have proper change of my $50 for a$30 bill. I had to wait for manager to bring change.

Can spend way too much in here. The step bits I have found to out last most of the name brand ones. And we now own 2 of their tool chests, one in my wifes stainglass studio and one in my garage they are well 6 at a good price, and I will be buying more when I get room

Just tried to do a return of a Tap & Die Set that seemed to indicate it would create threads on a 1/2 PVC pipe, but when I opened the set, the dies were all too small. Was asked by the clerk to scan my license. This is JUST a week after us Oregonians have learned of the entire Oregon License Database being hacked most likely by a Russian hacker entity. To make matters worse, the manager wouldn't over-ride it, and when I called their customer service on the phone from the store, they insulted me by insinuating that because I made a return 6 months ago their "system" believes I may be buying things and using them and returning them. UNBELIEVABLY INSULTING for a frequent local customer over the last 7 or so years. You lost me as a customer forever! I'll buy from Home Depot from now on. At least they haven't insulted me like HF has. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This Chicago Electric Compound sliding miter saw broke mid cut! I'm lucky to not be seriously injured. I took it to the manager of this Harbor Freight where I'd purchased it and he treated me like I did something wrong, didn't take care of the saw, cut wrong, etc. I just want everyone to know that these tools they sell could cause serious injury or death, just to save a few bucks

Store didn’t seem to catch a good concept on how to coordinate merchandise on what row where in the store. They have a lot of options good prices but to find things will take a bit.

I have always loved harbor freight but this location must be having a lot of theft issues because they had an employee following everyone around like a guard dog. It was insulting to be followed around like I was someone who was looking to steal. I was a paying customer and will probably never go there again.

Good selection, easy access for parking. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Please paint your parking lot though

These guys are great. I had a minor issue with a multimeter I had purchased that wouldn`t work. I didn`t have the receipt but all I wanted was an exchange for 1 that worked.the Manager a very nice lady said she`d do it for me this time.thanks guys I`m very happy!

I went to buy a tv wall mount. Saw on Internet a 30% coupon. Cashier was busy so he promptly got someone to help. Even I went n to my post I mentioned the coupon & even tho there were ppl waiting he explained I needed to sign up, & was very patient. The 3 ppl I interacted with (3rd person being security guard) were very nice& helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping there!

I've always enjoyed going to Harbor Freight for its great deals. Just recently, they have started to get Quality tools.
