I had a Soft tub for several years and enjoyed it until the liner wore out. One of the things I didn't like about it was that draining and cleaning it was a major chore. And once you get a wrinkle in the liner, there's no getting rid of it.

I avoided molded acrylic tubs because #1, they are slippery, and #2, I'm not very tall and they always felt too big for me to sit in. Plus I don't care for how the foam in the lid (like the Soft tub) gets moldy and gross after a while. I checked out the tubs at Eco Spa and found one that is very comfortable to sit in, and it has a hard top, so no foam to get moldy! Plus, with a plug at the bottom, draining is much easier. Hiedi Pierson made the whole process simple, and she is one of those people that you just 'feel like you've know for years'. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a hot tub check out Eco Spa!

We ran into Scott from Hard Cover Spas at the camper expo in Portland and were very impressed with their tubs. The company has been around for many years, the tubs are well built and we especially like the idea of the hard cover (very moist up here in the PNW). Scott helped us go through the different models making sure we got the right tub for our needs, and explained the advantages of different features. The icing on the cake was that he was willing to deliver the tub on New Year's Day while we were out of town and surprise her when we got home! Looking forward to getting it filled up and marinating in it.:)

We absolutely love our tub! Looked at many other places but no other place had the size or seating configuration that we liked. And to have to deal with big bulky lids wasn’t something we wanted to deal with. The lid design on these tubs are amazing and easy. Not sure why others haven’t adopted something similar.

Last year I needed to have the control panel on my Eco Spa replaced. I searched the web and found a dealer on the other side of the state who agreed to come replace it. The controller did not have a cover plate and the dealer said he would send me one in the mail, I never got it, even though I called him several times as a reminder. I learned later that Hard Cover Spas covered my area for repairs so I called the owner and asked if he could get me a face cover for the controller. He not only agreed to send me one but didn’t charge me for it. The cover arrived within a few days. Great customer service even if he wasn’t the one called to repair it originally.

We love our Eco Spa, how it works and how it looks. We never figured we were 'hot tub people' until we saw this one! Great customer service both in the office, and for field maintenance/repairs! Scott is the 'Spa Whisperer', for walking me through a maintenance repair on a 5-yr.old spa.

We just got our Hard Cover Spa three days ago and have been greatly enjoying it since. It is well made and easy to maintain. The cover is a really great feature with its unique hinge system making for easy on and off. We are very pleased with the spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spa. Also, Scott who delivered the spa was very professional and helpful.

The Model E2 spa we bought from Hard Cover Spas is the third spa we have owned and is the best one yet. The cover system is really effective and easy to use and the spa is just the right size for the two of us. We purchased a Eco 4 hot tub from Scott Coates a couple of years ago. We live in Eastern Oregon so were pleased that Scott agreed to arrange delivery. The spa arrived on time with all accessories we agreed upon. The delivery guys were great, placed the spa where we needed it and cleaned up before leaving.

Fast forward two years and we had our first problem with the spa. I texted Scott with little hope of getting a response but to my surprise he texted me right back. He had a few questions and then asked me to open the spa and take a short video. Once I sent it he called me and let me know what the problem was. We then discussed the solution and he offered advice to keep it from happening again. We followed his instructions and the problem was solved. I appreciated his knowledge and stellar customer service. I should add - the problem we were having was our fault and not an issue with the spa itself.
