Harley Swain Subaru, Hermiston OR

I took my forester to get repaired. I told Service the problem. They quoted me a price for repairs and then I said “okay”. I left my car there for a week. When I came back they charged me $80 for diagnosing the problem but did not fix it.

Then when I asked why they didn’t fix it, they blamed other people.

Technical service from Austin yesterday was fantastic.i called because my check engine light came on my Chevy Silverado. Austin was able to work me in, diagnose the problem, cleared the light, gave me a list of the read out and suggested that since it is still under warranty i make an appointment with the GMC dealer. Kudos to Austin for such a professional job!

I get my oil changed here and they do a good job, I’m in and out. Austin the Technician is very nice and answered all my questions. My baby loves him.

Tiffany was AMAZING! We have gone through 2 other Subaru dealerships and they were awful. A friend recommended this dealership and I got to work with Tiffany- total opposite of other experiences. She was very relaxed, not pushy, but totally professional. I can’t recommend her and this dealership enough.

I just bought a new, 2024 Outback Touring from Larry at Harley Swain Subaru. My first ever Subaru and so far I'm loving it. The attention to customer service from Larry was fantastic from start to finish. The financing was easy too. I spend a lot of time driving for work, between 15k -20k miles a year, so I wanted some safety to go with the luxury. I'm looking forward to driving everywhere in my new Subaru. Thanks Larry.
