Hathaway Court Apartments reviews
5If I could afford to renew my lease in the 1 bed 1 bath unit, I would have never left. Only complaint I had is one of my bedroom windows didn't shut properly which caused mold in the sill. I notified maintenance but they only cleaned up the mold and blamed me, never fixed the window. Besides that, the staff was polite and helpful, was able to remove a co-tenant from my lease quickly. The complex was clean and organized, well taken care of. My unit was in a quiet spot, really felt like home. I really miss having two windows and a big mirrored closet in my bedroom.
Wasn’t too impressed with my tour and then when we got into the unit it was just OK. This is what I normally expect from a CTL property.
Management is amazing, which is super rare to come by these days. They're quick to answer, return calls or emails. They're friendly and helpful when I walk in. Definitely a safe area. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Maintenance seems quick and responsive. The gym, pool, and spa are a nice addition.
Completely overpriced and the longer you stay the more they charge so no incentive at all to stay. Rent was $1515 to start and they wanted $1660 for the lease renewal but now they are charging $1370 for new tenants just two months later. The walls are paper thin and people don't really respect each other plus smokers are allowed to smoke wherever they like. So it wasn't really appealing already and knowing I was paying a premium and getting a price hike but should have gotten a price reduction is bad business. Really glad I moved out. Don't recommend.
Loved living there. It has everything you would like in an apartment complex. Staff are great.
