Short review: If you can, avoid using this company for appliance warranty purpose! They will not fix the issue, not return calls, and take 3-4 months to not even fix the problem. I would give negative stars if possible.

Took almost a month to get the first tech out. Tech came out and told my fiance he "fixed" our fridge door issue. When I got home I realized he didn't even touch the defective part. He replaced the perfectly working hinge instead. Called them back out to look again. They had already closed the case so I had to reopen another case! Then it took another month for this tech to reevaluate and say he had to order parts. After he left it was weeks and I never heard a word. I called several times. However, their voicemail is constantly full and you can not leave a message. So I sent multiple emails. Never heard back. This was now 4months with a broken fridge. I had to call the appliance manufacturer and open another case to send a new company. I highly recommend you DO NOT use Hattans Appliance!

Literally a nightmare. My warranty booked this company 4 months ago -ordered parts. Tech came in told me my dishwasher was garbage. Refused to put new parts and left. My dishwasher spewed water all over the kitchen floor and grinder to a halt. Same error code. Called office within 10 min of tech leaving no answer. Left angry voice mail. They never called k followed up had service for today. Owner called they sent my parts back.

The worst company ever. Called warrenty to get new service. This is unacceptable.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was forced to use this company for a warranty washer repair. They ordered parts, were unreachable for 2.5 months, never returned my or Epic's calls, then, when the parts did finally come, they didn't even install all of them so I STILL don't have a working machine.
Negative 3 stars for me. They're so worried about getting out the door, they didn't even check to see if the machine worked.

I gave this company multiple chances and was always disappointed. I was finally able to get my manufacturer to assign me a new repair company. Just like the other reviews, rude staff or don't answer the phone, unprofessional and unreliable. It's unfortunate for all the customers that have been ripped off.

Literally on month four of them repairing my dishwasher. They do not answer calls, they do not return voicemails. I have been more than patient and giving them more than enough chances to swap out a pump on a dishwasher. Literally one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my entire life.

The manufacturer has coordinated Hattan’s to fix our brand new refrigerator. They came out as scheduled and needed to order parts. After not hearing from them since the initial appointment (3 months ago), I’ve been trying to reach them and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full every time I call, so I can’t leave a message. I’ve been trying for over a month.

Question why this company always has a full mailbox, cannot receive messages. Unable to contact, no response to emailed request. Waiting for refrigerator repair. Many negative reviews reflect our experience. Advice: refuse to accept this company for warranty repairs.

Called to set up appointment as I used this business in the past. Left about 5-6 voice messages over 2 week period and never a call back. Phone still says their name so I assume still in business and just not returning calls?

I would have posted NO stars, but that is not possible. It is impossible to rate this company as they do not return phone calls and do not answer the phone. Now the mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message.: - (

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME FOR A WEEK. I HAVE CALLED THEM BUT THEIR PHONE VOICE MAIL IS FULL HAS BEEN FOR DAYS.

I’ve noticed within the past month or so this company has had a bunch of people rate them 5 stars, likely in an attempt to boost their overall VERY POOR rating. I have a hard time believing these reviews are real. Like majority of the previous reviews here, we were directed to Hattan’s through the warranty we bought for our fridge. A technician came out relatively quickly, told me he needed to order a new door as the design of the new fridge was flawed. Seemed honest. It took a month or so for the technician to come back with the part and to get him scheduled (with many calls and my husband leaving an unhappy voicemail). When he came back, the door he had ordered didn’t have the part in it that he needed! So he was there all of 15 minutes, told me it would take 2 weeks for the new door to come in and he would reschedule. Since then, we haven’t heard from ANYONE AT ALL. Multiple calls have been made, their voicemail is always full. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone in person. At this point, I’m thinking this is a money laundering operation. We’ve been months without water and ice access on a brand new fridge. Absolutely unacceptable. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

We needed a dishwasher repair and were directed to Hattans Appliance repairs by the manufacturer. At the service appointment, the technician mentioned a part needs to be repaired asked us to pay for a future appointment and part cost up front (which is very unusual). We made the full payment for the future repair service up front on that day itself. Subsequently we decided to go with a different repair provider as they were cheaper and called asked to cancel the repair and needed a refund of the money already paid. The contact number for Hattans was literally unreachable, so I left a message. After almost a week I was able to reach them on the phone and confirmed the cancellation and was told I would a get a refund for the cancelled service. Its been almost two weeks now and I havent received a refund and again its impossible to reach anyone on the phone. I dont think I would use their service again.

We have had an ongoing attempt resolve a warranty issue on our Fridge. The first repair person who came out would not listen to what I advised was the issue. And ordered a completely unneeded part, without doing any diagnostic work to look at the water lines or anything. After waiting a couple weeks for that part to come in the repair person came out again and again did not diagnose if the problem is solved or not, which resulted in a water leak on our brand new floor. He then stated that they needed to order another part. It is now been over a month. We don’t have a part. I have left multiple phone messages with no callback and zero response and the email bounces back. It would seem leaving jobs incomplete and leaving customers in limbo is how this company does business.

Horrible customer service and response from the owner.unless you are fully paying out of pocket and upfront do not do business with hattans.

Giving up on working with this company. They don't show up to appointments or return my messages. Unprofessional and unreliable service, will be lodging a complaint with Whirlpool.

I was happy with the excellent service I received with this local appliance repair provider. They were efficient and professional from start to finish.

From scheduling to diagnocing the problem, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Hattans appliance repair. They did a great job with fixing our dishwasher

This place put a work order in to come fix our dishwasher and it took them 2 weeks to contact me. Terrible communication. They never answer their phone. And the lady that left me messages was extremely rude.

Crater Lake Appliance is much better.

This is the worst company. The owner is really shady, untrustworthy, and unreliable. I feel cheated and robbed. I DO NOT recommend this business at all, ever.

Needed a lowers sprayer arm for my dishwasher that's only 4 months old.
Not only did the guy bring the wrong part he had no booties on and was very rude even cursing at me when he left.
He said part was in stock but could take 3 to 5 days to get the part and maybe 2 to 3 weeks to get back out.
