15 Christie was friendly, fun and seemed to know her business very well.
PS: The sound booth was way too small for a 6’3” person.
Hearing Aid Emergency!
Once again while visiting this area from out of state I had water damage to my hearing aid, ugh! Five years ago with a similar situation this amazing business took care of me so when I called and asked if I could schedule to come in and have them help Sarah (a great representative of your business) cheerfully said to just come on in anytime! When I arrived Tanner Bingham efficiently and kindly found the issue and addressed a minor one as well. I have become extremely dependent on the quality of hearing my aids give me and the prospect of only having half that ability was depressing. Sir thank you so very much for restoring my hearing aid to working order and helping to make the next three weeks of my visit less stressful. Hearing By Design Sarah is a great first impression for your business and Tanner is a marvelous follow through impression.
I took my 97 year old father in for a hearing check and to have his hearing aids checked. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I watched her wait on several “walk ins” while we waited for our appointment. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and answered questions to help the clients immediately. Our appointment was a little tricky since my dad hadn’t been in for a while. The technician worked above and beyond to help with Dad’s hearing aids. She even stayed after closing to do her best for him. I’m really impressed by their service and support.
Always greeted with a smile and treated with care and respect. Christie resolved the problem I was having with the ear impressions and we went with the domes. They are perfect.
Quoted a price to repair a broken mold. Then asked for additional office visit fee.
I left
This was my first experience with hearing tests and hearing aids, Christie was very patient, thorough and informative. Without a doubt I Feel like I made the best choice of where to go for hearing aids.
Grant's is the best imho. Kind, professional, often funny and have great follow up care.
Friendly staff, especially the kind woman at the front desk! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance issues! The office was busy and she acknowledged each and every patient and they all left with a smile. Way to go front desk staff!
They are great. Ready my appt and check in Very nice. Very honest Dr. Told me had build up of wax in one if my ears and to go to my Dr to get it removed I will today get it cleaned by my medical DR. Then he will check my hearing again. Thank you for the advice. Ill let you know how it turns out. Nancy
Very professional people. Very good service. Tuned everything up at one year service and just like new.
Christie was knowledgeable and efficient. She worked diligently through vender portal issues, answered questions and was patient with me. I look forward to receiving my new hearing aids.
Very friendly and professional, and would recommend anyone who needed a hearing problem, that would be a wonderful place for them.
It was a good experience. The woman that ran the test was nice made you feel at ease and explained everything well and printed the results out for me. The woman at the front desk was attentive and also nice. The reason I only gave three stars was because I think in these settings especially and during the winter and a surge in Covid, the flu and RSV, they should have been wearing masks like I was. Front desk woman had a cough, should have had a mask on. That was a shocker as I thought this would be considered a health setting. Still, it was a fine test.
Yesterday was the first time i had a hearing test in a regular office setting 'not' in a soundproof cubical. During the testing, I was distracted by the sounds of conversations, a phone ringing outside the office & the computer keys being depressed on the keyboard. I asked afterwards if the results would be accurate due to all the background noises & his response was that "they SHOULD" be. Unexceptable. Now I have to wait until after January 1st to schedule with a different provider. Shame on you Grant's Hearing!
