I've been visiting Heart Spring Health for over six months now. I see them for therapy, acupuncture, and general naturopathic care. Their practitioners are extremely kind, empathetic, and knowledgable. I'm very happy with the care I've received and would recommend them to anyone I know looking for naturopathic care!

I try to avoid sharing negative experiences online, but since this is a medical office, I do want to share so that new patients can consider other practices before engaging with this one. I only had one virtual appointment with an ND at this office, who was totally fine. What drove me away from this office was 100% the front desk staff. I’ve been struggling with my health for a long time, as I’m sure is the case for many others who seek naturopathic care, so I am very well versed in how to communicate with the support staff in any medical office. I’ve had doctors from coast to coast, so believe me when I tell you that these folks were some of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Before you can even get a word out of your mouth on the phone, you can literally feel the attitude on the other line. They refused to provide cost estimates for a first appointment (I called back three times, the third was more than happy to provide the estimate). They would not communicate with the medical team on my behalf, would not call me back with information I requested, and the all-around back talk was more than I decided I was willing to pay to put up with. For a practice that’s supposedly centered on wellness and stress management, you would think that the staff would at least be pleasant enough to not cause stress. My overall message: you are hiring your healthcare providers. Hire ones that actually want to treat you well, the people at heart springs do not.

I am a plus size person. Before making my first appointment I asked to be matched with a practitioner who was not fat phobic and practiced evidenced based medicine. Instead I was paired with someone who obviously had bias and wasn’t interested in giving true care. In addition the day before my second appointment, I tested positive for COVID. I called the office to let them know. They assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for canceling d/t following COVID guidelines. They even sent me a message to this effect. After reflection, I decided to cancel all the rest of my appts d/t the practioner’s inability to use evidence based medicine. Today I found out after I canceled the rest of my appts, they charged me for the late cancellation even though it was d/t following COVID guidelines!

Dr. Alexis Alcorn is an excellent provider! I cannot recommend her more. Also, the front office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Heart Spring Health!

Heart Spring Health is all-time great. My experiences with each and every person there has been outstanding. They sincerely want to help better my health and overall well-being which is quite reassuring. Highly recommend!

As much as I wanted to like this place - it was lackluster on many levels. Despite ensuring and triple checking that my insurance would help pay for the office visits and treatment sessions, I was overbilled more times than I can count. Though this was eventually addressed, it was only because of my persistence with my insurance and Heart Spring Health's billing office. If you suffer from anxiety and depression, a ND doing one hour breathing exercises and giving you tinctures that are not backed by evidence-based medicine is not going to help. I spent hundreds of dollars on my care here as well as on supplements recommended by the ND. All of the labs I got done, I had to pay mostly out of pocket and included things that my MD said were not giving much information regarding the "inflammation" in my body. I will say, the acupuncture was worthwhile but I would highly recommend to not waste your time or money on a place like this and please find yourself a DO/MD that is trained to follow evidence-based medicine and find a acupuncturist/massage therapist/etc elsewhere.

Dr. Mottman was a great listener and helped me resolve multiple musculoskeletal issues while giving me exercises to focus on. He is good at finding the root cause of body imbalances. Laura Allmacher worked collaboratively during my first few visits and I also followed up with her often for a variety of physical and emotional healing. She also gave me a focused astrological reading helping me to see my career fulfillment needs. The rooms are private and adorned peacefully. Everyone working with billing and appointments was always soft spoken, genuine and thoughtful. Truly a place for insight and healing.

I give Eileen 4 stars for now because i only met her once but would probably change my rating after meeting her several more times. After my first meeting I felt we really click she was easy to talk with and conformable opening up to. I look forward to our upcoming meetings.

My experience with Dr. Kingsberg at Heart Spring Health has been wonderful and incredibly unique. One thing that was immediately apparent just after the first visit was that Dr. Kingsberg actually listened to me. Her attentiveness didn't stop after the first visit. With every subsequent visit, she delved deeper in to my symptoms and made connections I’ve never considered. The standard 15 minutes with a doctor is replaced by a whole hour and for the first time in a long time, I don't leave the doctor's office feeling unheard and rushed. Her gentle demeanor encourages me to speak freely at my appointments and there's no fear of judgment. Probably my favorite thing about Dr. Kingsberg is her integrative approach. There is no bashing of allopathic medicine. Instead, she encourages the integration of both forms of healthcare. While there's certainly a time and place for allopathic medicine, naturopathic medicine has given me a new perspective on my own healing journey. I've been there for a few months now and I envision many more years with Heart Spring Health.

I got a massage at Heart Spring Health and it was an awesome experience. From the moment I got greeted at the door to making my next appointment I felt comfortable and relaxed. If anyone wants a meaningful massage, I highly recommend Heart Spring Health.
