I moved here when this place first opened up way back in 2021. I am really happy with living here and the staff is great. Only a few issues that came up and every time the management was quick in fixing and responding. Love the location and pretty quiet of a place for how many people live here. Not sure why there are bad reviews, if people have issues they can point it out to the staff and it gets fixed ASAP far as my experience goes

2 Stars for management, the apartments are beautiful. I have lived here since 2021, before the second building was even finished and ready for tenants, and I must say I miss the previous management. I knew their names, because they introduced themselves and were friendly and personable. I feel as if this new management goes out of their way to be awkward and make things very uncomfortable. I do apologize if this makes anyone upset, but I really don't appreciate 1. Management or not, anyone talking to me using my first name as if they know me when they have NEVER even introduced themselves to me or told me their name, 2. Management or not, ANYONE spending 5 seconds at an elevator glaring at me up and down and then proceeding to comment on my clothing while I am just trying to go get a package.

I am not sure where management has been trained, but this stuff makes a resident like me very uncomfortable, if I don't know you, please don't use my name and eyeball me like I am there for your entertainment. I think I have a right to live here peacefully, and this disturbs my peace. Thanks (Thanks for the response, I don't think I would like to "reach out" any further, I've stated what happened, it was the tallest manager I don't know her name but they know what they said and how it came off, this wasn't the first awkward encounter with them but this was definitely the most offensive and uncomfortable.)

It's been month and half since moving in, and I am very satisfied living here. I understand there can be some dog hair or little odd smell sometimes, but they have cleaned right the day after. Once the power was out, the maintenance person fixed within an hour after report. Sarah the manager and including the people working here are very helpful and always try to make time if needed. Wondering why here is underrated.

If you’re looking for a clean community, this is not the place to rent. Not only is there a tremendous amount of dog hair everywhere, the hallways and stairwells smell like trash. Whatever team is in charge of maintaining the buildings doesn’t take care of the trash until garage is spilling out on the floor. The stairwells are extremely dirty all the time. Even though they’ve had carpet cleaning, it doesn’t seem to help at all. There is nothing about this apartment complex that justifies the $2500 cost (rent and utilities). Can’t wait to move out of here….

Visit the place and it is one of the worst designs that exist for some departments in terms of access, they are super limited, for home deliveries it will be impossible for people who are dedicated to that, because they will not have access and they will have to walk a lot and be With the inclement weather, whether hot or cold, and even worse, without parking, possibly the apartments are designed for people with limited resources and that is why they were designed this way, but they do not deserve even one star.

We rented a three bedroom apartment at this complex from out of state. The move in was smooth. The apartment s were brand new. After six months, the manament changed. In came rude, do nothing team called CTI. One time I called for repairs to my fridge and they took 4 days because it was a holiday weekend. I lost all my foodstuffs. No compensation. When I moved out this February, I asked the manager to have a walk through with me. She stated I should have made the request one week before move out date. Later, I received an outrageous letter with a charge of $2,500, that's minus my deposit. Every dent on the carpets was outlined as if.y dressers were supposed to front onthe air. Even particles of dust were detailed in centimeters. I wrote back disputing their charges. With no reply, I decided to visit their office last week. The heavy set manager told me to either pay or consult correction company before my account was forwarded to the three credit companies. So, their word is final. I will head to the court to seek justice. NEVER RENT AT THIS PLACE.

Beautiful apartment, everything almost brand new and the 2 times we needed small maintenance they came quickly and fixed the problem.
The reason for the 1 star review is management. If you plan on moving here just know that you will be designated a parking spot that you cannot choose or switch unless you pay $40 extra monthly for another parking spot, but even then you still cannot change the designated parking that you initially got. Also, now we are almost done with our 1 year lease and my wife called management two weeks prior to the 30 day mark to let them know we will not be extending our lease, during the phone call she was told that she called too early and that she needs to call again. Due to some personal circumstances we couldn’t call exactly on the 30 day mark (Ok, we will take the blame for that) but even then, my wife called 4 days later than the 30 day mark, during office hours and nobody answered. Now my wife called again (5 days later) and was told that they didn’t get a chance to respond to her, but that she should’ve received an email. Unfortunately the email went to spam and thanks to that now we have to pay them even more.

To someone that is thinking about renting here: Try to negotiate a safe parking spot before signing the lease (we were given parking spot #10 and had a hard time parking there since it’s immediately after the barrier and if someone is behind you they will try to rush quickly behind you, and so you don’t have room to park, I personally almost hit a car that rushed behind me that I didn’t notice, and my wife has been honked at many times by other drivers simply for trying to park). Also, make sure you call exactly on the 30 day mark unless you don’t mind paying extra money.

We were very nervous to move into an apartment again as we had a horrible experience with the last apartment we lived out. However, this place didn’t disappoint.
-management is incredible. Yesina assisted us with the tour and on our move in day. She was very friendly and takes her time to ensure all questions are answered and that everything is taken care of. Sarah is also very friendly and helpful. Both ladies have a great attitude and are happy to help.
-the apartment itself is very spacious and modern. It’s literally perfect. This is the first time since we moved to Oregon that we’ve actually been excited to be at home. Another thing is no noise from neighbors which is really nice.
-this area is AMAZING. Within walking distance of Fred Meyer, restaurants, coffee shops, Pilates studio, hair salons, post office, etc. We don’t ever have to drive anywhere because everything is right here. Not only that but this is a very clean, well kept and safe area.
-there are elevators which is really nice if you prefer top floor. Hallways smell good and are clean and quiet.
10/10 would recommend. Absolutely no complaints and we are so grateful to live here.

We really like it here. The staff is cool, place is brand new, clean. My only beef is the Latch keyless entry system. In this area, the signal is weak, bad idea jeans.

Pros: Beautiful apartment! Amazing amenities! Apartment is very sound proof, I rarely heard anything from neighbors or the hall. I would blast music all the time but could never hear it outside my front door. The apartment is insulated well, always stayed warm in the winter using very little heat, keeping my electric bill down! This apartment was home and I would have recommended it to anyone! Absolutely loved the apartment itself.

Cons: MANAGEMENT. And only management. When the apartment first opened, management was amazing. They made everything so easy, they were so nice, and so efficient at their work. Six months into living there, management switched over to another company. New management never made me feel comfortable there. *If you notice in the other reviews, everyone who mentioned that management was amazing mentioned Tamar and Dirk. The management I am talking about below is not Tamar and Dirk.

MUST READ***
The apartment above mine caught fire in May 2022, causing serious water damage to my apartment. I could no longer live in my apartment as of that day. Me and my cats moved in with my neighbor for two weeks because the apartment manager said it would take about two weeks to fix my apartment which I doubted due to the extent of the damage but I was hoping she was right. I continued to ask for updates which she didn't really give me. I contacted her manager yet she ignored my calls and communicated to me through my apartment manager. At the two week mark she said they haven't even gotten materials to begin fixing my apartment and asked me to move out. At this point the only thing they did do was damage my property due to the extreme heat they used in my apartment while I was at work. I requested another apartment to live in while waiting for mine to be fixed yet she would only give me a two bedroom and make me pay the difference or a one bedroom that didn't have a deck and cost more. After this conversation, I found out that another neighbor affected by the fire got a two bedroom apartment at a discounted price, yet I would have had to pay full price. Shortly after this conversation she sent me an email stating I must fully move out within 3 days. Because of this, I had to move all my stuff into a storage unit, find a new apartment, move into my grandmas, and then three weeks later move my stuff out of a storage unit into my new apartment. This costed me quit a bit of money due to the extremely short notice. The new management was awful, they lied, they ignored me, and didn't give me any reimbursement for what happened. I lost money, time, and was extremely stressed over this situation. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone ever again because of how management treated me.

Been a resident here for almost a year, haven’t had any issues! Management change is the beginning of 2022 was very welcome. The old staff was stand-offish and didn’t seem to want to help. New staff was been awesome. They have good events and are always super helpful and friendly when I stop by. They even have dog treats for the pup and pet him whenever we come in. The tall maintenance guy is super awesome too!
