Heidi's Of Gresham

I've been going to Heidi's for over 15-20 years and overall my experience (s) have been without complaint, however, my Dad took me to Heidi's for my birthday lunch today and the waitress was the least friendly I've ever encountered there. I'd like to give her the benefit of doubt and believe she was just having an off day and MAYbe dealing with issues that kept her from being as friendly as she (: hopefully:) usually is

This restaurant really blew it tonight. Ordered with door dash and called to amend my order as I always do. The young guy working the frond desk answered and immediately was talking over me to someone else. Then he left me on hold for 5 mins. When I called back and told him I was left on hold for so long and I needed to amend my order he was extremely rude. When I asked for management he immediately threw me back on hold and I waited another 5 mins. These guys are extremely busy, as they are a lot. But never have I have received such poor communication and poor customer service management from Heidi's. My and my family will not be going back.

They was really cool laid back, type of place. Young waitresses and like most established places moral. Holloween night I was there and they dressed up and had a different kind of humerus type of talk. Wierd but cool. I loved it actually. I have worked and been to many types of places in many states, and this stood out.

So so so good. Best Belgian waffle I ever had. Homemade bread is a slice heaven. Chicken fried steak is melt in your mouth delicious. You need this.

You could tell the food was homemade. I got the cabbage rolls. I'm Ukrainian and these were 10/10. I'd absolutely go again

Yum! Home made desserts, great food! I have liked everything I have tried over the years. Yesterday I got turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy. The was also salad and corn bread (Not in the pic). Took home a berry coffee cake for tomorrow!

Great food, good service/ depending on traffic. I think they're experiencing staffing issues like everyone else and so on a busy Saturday or Sunday morning service takes a hit, but its never really bad either. We've been 3 times now and have not walked away unhappy at all. Fat, full and smiling.

It was pretty ok. Not the best that we have ever tried but it was not the worst either. We will probably go back and give them another try.

Heidi's has quite a bit too choose from.almost too much to choose from! We finally decided on breakfast for dinner. As usual, everything was pretty tasty! The staff are super nice, even though it's obvious they are under staffed and over worked. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because an order of eggs were cooked wrong and my waffle was cold. I ate it anyways, because it was that good! We will be back to try more of their menu and help support the business.

Because our waitress Jonie decided she wanted a larger tip than we left her and added an additional $7 without our authorization.

Brought our adult children here when they were young. Brought our adult granddaughter today for Grampa's 70th birthday! Love the Snow babies! Bought another one for my collection!

Whenever my wife and I visit her parents we almost always visit Heidi's. The food is always excellent. I usually order the Crab Omelette. Heidi's doesn't hold back on the crab. Whatever I choose, it's a good choice.

I have eaten at Heidi's for over 20 years. My favorites are "Cabbage Rolls", "Deep Fried Chicken", "Spaghetti and Meat Balls", Chicken Fetacheenee Alfredo". Yummy! Great service.
I have had family dinners in the past and will again. Also private meals with associates.

Seafood lovers appetizer is amazing 10/10. Beef stroganoff is 7/10, it could’ve definitely used some more of that creamy taste but overall it’s pretty good I would definitely get it again if I’m in the mood of some stroganoff

Service was amazing food was good sausage gravy needs more sausage in it I had one piece LOL, but other than that it's very good.

Super service and nice waitresses in alpen clothing. My hamburger came with fries and bowl of soup. Delicious and filling. Will come back.
