Everyone at height dental is kind and welcoming. They always put me at ease, discuss my oral heath in terms that are easy to understand and I never feel pressured to take on procedures - just kept well informed about my options.

Heights Family Dentist and Dr Prates is a wonderful place to get care. The office staff are warm and welcoming and the dental hygienists are great at their job! The seem to know all their patients individually and they pay great attention. I appreciate them especially because they accept Medicaid when a lot of area dentists aren't willing to serve our WHOLE community. I always recommend Dr Prates and Heights Family Dental to my friends and family.

Have been with this Dental office ever since we moved here back in 1980 and even though it has changed hands I continue to stay with this dentist. I’m very satisfied.

Do not go here. If i could give it 0/5 i would. Had to get 2 fillings here before a deployment. Few years later, I find out that my molar was improperly done, infecting the tooth, and then the jaw itself. The 2nd filling is also failing but it was discovered before issues, thanks to the infection of my molar. The pain I've been in was caused by this dental practice.

Fast, friendly and professional. First time in Dr. Prates and Carrie were very nice and answered all of my questions I felt like Dr.prates was not in a rush to get me in and out like a lot of Dentist do, front desk was also great and friendly and organized.
