Good selection, good prices. Nice staff. I have to update 3 years later that this is still one of the greatest places to shop. The staff are super nice.

Found everything I was looking for. I was doing tile installation and sink replacements in two bathrooms and needed sink drain kits.

No carpet tools looking for a steamer a roller with spikes the integrates the glue into the backing of the carpet nowhere to be found at least not at this Ace Hardware

They always have what you need. Sometimes it is hard to find though, and they didn't ask if I needed help till I was leaving. I did find it though.

Best hardware store in Coos Bay Oregon. Wish there was a Home Depot but they have most households needs.

The most helpful staff i have ever experienced. I was there with my family and we had 3 different employees who asked us and then went above and beyond to not only help us find things but also to help is figure out some solutions to our leak and clog problems! Wish it had a larger selection of lumber and such but that is the problem with small city life. Definitely recommend!

Supposed to be $5 bucket for CMN, not only was the bucket not $5 ($6.59) but they charged $3.59 for a lid. Total: $10.18. Not even as advertised.shame on you!

We love Ace. They always have what we need, and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Great selection of lawn and garden products too!

They had just what I needed-with a couple choices too, and the employees were very kind. I'd gotten there later than I'd realized (very close to closing) and they let me poke about without rushing me even though I'm certain they were ready to go home!
