When I came to Helzberg diamonds woodburn outlet for the first time everyone was so kind and helped me as soon as I got there I got a beautiful Opal necklace and bought my daughter opal earrings (We all love opal) all the ladies who worked there helped me get what I needed and I will for sure be going back to helzberg diamonds again. My daughter even got this cute teddy bear!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. I recommend this store in particular to anyone I know looking for jewelry. They’re reasonably priced, stocked with many options and have the nicest employees.

Great experience and helpful staff. My husband has a hard time picking out shiny things for me and after getting chased out of another jewelry shop by pushy sales people (rhymes with sales), we stopped by here and they gave us the space he needed to find something at the right price point. This sapphire was $105 with the lifetime warranty.

I dropped my engagement ring off to be resized with my wedding band. In the process, they lost my engagement ring. Yes, they gave me a new one (insurance does too if I lose it), but they only offered $100 store credit for losing my sentimental item. You can't buy anything in the store for $100. I will not be coming here again

The staff is incredible. They are always so nice and professional. Alice is a rock star! This store might be an outlet store but the service is top notch. Highly recommend.
