This is the megaphone to the universe for anything that you wish to come true. I've seen fairies, pixies, leprechauns, unicorns, and Pegasus.
I prefer to walk up to the viewpoint turn around close my eyes and throw a penny over my shoulder while making a wish for me or anyone that I feel needs a wish come true.
I swear you will see the wheels turning toward that wish within 24 hours!

I like coming here to watch fireworks on July 4th. At the height of the viewpoint you're above the neighborhood below so you get a new perspective for firework viewing.

You can no longer park her. It's blocked off. There is one handicap spot toward and no other parking spots. You can't even park nearby due to the no parking signs on the residential streets. Ok view but don't waste your time.

Nice hidden spot. Take a hike down to your left or one to the right (it goes along the private property), but open to public.

This is to megaphone to the universe. If you feel lost, or need a little help in life, this is where you make your request.just throw a penny over your shoulder into the dusk dimmed evening view, and by morning you will see things shift toward your request.
I believe at just after sunset you can actually see the fairies playing in the trees.

Don't take your kids to the oregon city caves unless you have some rope and climbing experience.

Cool short walk on an abandoned road through beautiful greenery with a great view at the top.
