We have been in contact with many local property management companies recently in our long-distance rental search and are so glad we came across High Desert Property Management. Cristin and Matt have been a pleasure to work with. We have had probably considerably more than the average amount of questions/concerns as we are moving from out of state and attempting to complete the process from afar. Cristin has been so helpful and friendly and also quick to respond to all of them. Other companies made us feel like the extra questions were a burden, but she was genuinely happy to help. Cristin and Matt helped make the application and leasing process so much more comfortable for us. Thank you!

Not happy. Moved out end of last month. Used a commercial steamer on the walls window frames bathrooms kitchen etc. They said it took the company another 12.5 hours to clean? Again I used a commercial steamer and think that's bogus they took that much more time to clean. I'd love to see pics!

Matt and Penny couldn’t do a better job. They are extremely responsive, trustworthy, honest, and above all fair. They walk a very nice line between trying to keep rent affordable to renters as well as trying to get investment value for landlords such as us. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

We rented from HDPM for over 3 years! The move in and move out process was easy, and timely. Matt and Penny were always on top of repairs, inspections, and maintenance in general. When we had questions about move out charges we were given a very detailed list of each charge and Matt was very thorough on making sure we were on the same page. 10/10 with customer service, communication, pricing and overall property management.

We were in one of their properties for 4 years and they were the best! Very helpful and responsive. Matt and Penny are the best!

We had a great experience renting with high desert but moving out was a totally different story. Make sure to take extremly good before pictures before moving in, because they will overcharge you for every spec of dust left. Once we moved out and they overcharged us for a cleaning fee the person in charge of my account was unavailable for a month and would not return calls to help with my concerns. I had to contact the owner of the home personally to get help with my account. So hopefully you get an awesome helpful home owner because the high desert employees will not help or answer your concerns.

We have been renting from HighDesert Property Management for almost 3 years. We had had a good rental experience until a criminal moved in next door. We have dealt with domestic violence, police knocking at our door multiple times asking questions, garbage everywhere, loud music, explosives out our back door, ect. We have made multiple complaints and nothing has happened. After expressing our concerns we were told by the owner to "do whatever we need to do". Their complete lack of concern for the safely of their tenants is disheartening.
