3I love my provider and have been with her for years, but once High Lakes bought her out, I can never get in touch with a live person in the office. I'm going to be looking for another provider, which is unfortunate. The phone rings and rings and rings, and there's never an answer.
The staff and practitioners have always been amazing on being kind, taking time to answer questions, putting patients first and not rushing through things.
I have been to several different doctors outside Highlakes Health and seen patients called back late and then rushed through their appointments while not being heard.

I recently called to set up an appointment to establish care and the entire experience was great. The front office staff are wonderful! Dr. Quinn is also amazing! She actually listened to what I had to say and was so personable. I really like her and would recommend her to anyone!
