Prompt service, easy appointment process, and caring staff! All of my concerns were addressed. A fantastic urgent care!

I went in as a walk in not knowing you had to check in online. The psr was extremely rude & unprofessional. This interaction was one of the most uncomfortable moments I’ve had in receiving health care.

I really appreciate being able to make an appointment. I was seen right on time. I felt listen to. This will be my go to place for Urgent Care

We had a great experience, very short wait. Our provider was knowledgeable and treated my 17 year old daughter with respect to her health and knowledge about her condition.

Went in today after a yellow jacket nailed my foot. Serious swelling and cellulitis. The care and service I received was exemplary. I have the worked in health care field for 30 yrs. This Urgent Care clinic has efficient and helpful front office staff (who helped with my dual coverage billing questions) and clinicians who take the time to do it right. Really nice ppl and they get you what you need when you need it. Highly recommend!

Securing an appointment online was simple and I was able to get in same day. Dr Sorensen took the needed time to discuss my concerns and symptoms and create a treatment plan. I’m pleased with the quality of interaction and service I received. Thanks Dr Sorensen!

Everyone takes the time necessary to make you feel comfortable, whether that be Melis on reception or one of the excellent doctors. I’ve been here a couple of times now and never felt rushed, always had the right level of explanation behind the administered care and have left feeling confident in the outcome. Unfortunately this isn’t always the case at other facilities, but in my experience it consistently has been here.

All the staff are amazing. Ashley has been so helpful and caring. Eric as well. Sadly I have seen them too much this year, but they are all outstanding.

Everything about my experience at High Lakes Urgent Care was excellent! I was able to get an appointment exactly when I wanted one, the receptionist was extremely efficient and kind, the facility was scrupulously clean, and the provider (Ashley) was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Although I was somewhat unsure whether I was “sick enough“ to need the care, she assured me that I very much was, then prescribed what I recognized as a significant antibiotic for my secondary bacterial respiratory infection. Once I started taking the medication, I felt better within hours. This is really the best of what urgent care can be… Superlative service in an urgent situation far from home!

I came in 18 weeks pregnant, sick with a cold + asthmatic and having trouble breathing and was turned away. I was told they’re not equipped to treat pregnant women and there was a 2 hour wait, but I only saw one other person was in the waiting room. Very disappointed. My other experience here this past February was great, but I wasn’t pregnant then.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Customer service, care, professionalism and thoroughness are superb from the check in throughout the entire process. Initially went after a bike injury and a follow up a few days later and was thoroughly impressed. High Lakes Urgent Care rocks the house

Great staff and super helpful. They got me in, X-rayed, and patched up my toe. All without a long wait. High Recommend!

All 4 staff members I interacted with were very helpful. Wait time was minimal. Online scheduling and paperwork was a plus. Sorted me out including XR’s and dx and I was out of there within 90’.

The PA Ashley Lane and Matt have been so helpful during such a difficult time in my health. When you come across these types of health care professionals you realize how special they really are. Their warm and compassionate nature is a breath of fresh air!

I love that I could schedule an appointment online instead of walking in and hoping to get seen. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet office. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
