We had a massive leaning tree threatening to destroy our house with every gust of wind. We called him and he came out promptly to check it out and give us a quote. He got us into his schedule quickly. On site, the team was incredibly fast and efficient. They worked with no stress or hesitation and completed the job in just a few hours. We are so grateful for their professionalism and wisdom. We will definitely be calling on them the next time we need tree help. Ben was very quick to come by our house and give an estimate for removing a tree we had in our front yard. Him and his crew were very fast at removing the tree and cleaned everything up before they left. We would definitely use Ben again for any of our future needs that they provide.

I had first contacted Ben over four years ago about taking down seven large pine trees in my yard. This year we finally were ready to do it and had permission from the city and Ben’s quote now was only $300 more now. Ben and his team showed up first thing in the mornin, set up a crane and lifted all of the trees to the street where they were able to chop them in the workable pieces. What I thought would be a two day project was done in one day and cleaned up beautifully. I decided the stump grind myself to save money and Ben offered to come out and show me how to use the machine if I needed any help. I highly recommend Ben and Highland Tree Service.

Texted them from a chat window on there web site.they texted back later that day and said they could give us an estimate tomorrow.we set up appoimntment time.they arrived 10 minutes early, YEAH! My back yard isn't vechile accessible so they had to use poll saw and a ladder to reach 35 feet in the air and trim l limbs from my neighbors fir tree.they protected the plants in my yard, got the limbs down, hauled everything off and cleaned up the mess.we are very happy would defintely us them again.

Ben and his crew were great. Ben quoted a fair price for the service and stuck to it. He showed up when he said he would, and he and his crew were quick and careful. We had a large tree removed from a small space and they did a great job avoiding damage to the nearby structures and even some bushes that were close by.

Ben and his crew were very professional and skilled in taking down our 80+ foot tall sweet gum maple trees. We had 2 trees that they cut down that were close to our house and to neighbor's property. They did an excellent job of carefully cutting the trees down. They were very fast, efficient, friendly, on time, and very competitive pricing. Highland Tree Service came today to take down a huge fir tree in our back yard. From beginning to end they were polite, professional, and thorough!
They put a crane in our front yard and took the tree out in pieces over the house! It was amazing to watch. They cleaned up great after, including cleanup of any fir cones in the neighbors yard. They even cleaned up the street and back patio of sawdust and cones. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

These guys are extremely careless and disrespectful. They were hired by my neighbors to cut down trees near our property line. I came home to find them in my backyard. They had no permission to be there and had not even attempted to knock on my door, or ask my neighbor to give me a call. In addition to trespassing, the limb that they dropped on my side of the fence (and ensuing attempts to clean it up before I got home) completely destroyed my vegetable garden. When confronted about the trespassing and property damage, the company owner was belligerent and refused to even entertain the idea of making amends. In addition to this blatant disregard for the law, and private property, they proved to be completely unprofessional on my neighbor's property as well. They left tools laying around when they left, and damaged another tree on the property with their truck. Do yourself a favor and don't hire these guys!
