I was very unhappy with the service received here. I needed the services of an attorney for a guardianship case for my nephew after the passing of my sister.

The entire time I felt as though I was being treated as an annoyance and that my business was unimportant. There was an extreme lack of communication and multiple times I had to call and ask what was going on with my case. The case was actually stalled at a few points because of this lack of communication. Very little explanations were given for the process and to help me with understanding. In my eyes, I was paying the attorney for their expertise, guidance and knowledge, yet received none of that.
Incorrect information was also provided to me that caused an unnecessary hardship. This information was verified by a different attorney as being incorrect. In the end, they terminated the business relationship almost immediately after the guardianship judgement, and without so much as a call to inform me - I received a letter in the mail a few weeks later.
A very disappointing, frustrating and disturbing experience seeing as a child was involved.
