Dr. Spendal is an exceptional oral surgeon. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and although the recovery process was lengthy and uncomfortable, I am extremely grateful that I chose to undergo the procedure with Dr. Spendal. The surgery itself was successful, and the post-operative instructions were provided in a comprehensive manner, both verbally and in writing. The staff at the clinic is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that the treatment plan and instructions were communicated clearly. They consistently followed up with me multiple times to inquire about my recovery progress. It's worth noting that Dr. Spendal is readily available outside of regular office hours in case of any emergencies. They even scheduled a follow-up appointment for me immediately. I couldn't have asked for better care.

A year past covid and as a patient care person they make you wait for hours in your car, when not one person is in their lobby.

This is the second round for wisdom teeth extraction. I had my bottom 2 removed 7 years ago. This time i had the top 2 removed, and Dr. Spendal was so great and professional. Throughout this experience i have had no pain and the surgery went amazing! Five star experience. Couldnt have gone any better.

Dr. Spendal is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was super nervous for a tooth extraction and bone graph. I literally didn’t even know he was numbing me until my mouth started going numb. His bed side manor was impeccable. His staff were all super nice and helpful. I usually don’t do reviews but I don’t think there are many dentist out there let alone in the Portland area that can do a major procedure as smoothly and as painless as Dr. Spendal.
