I have been very pleased with the service at Hillsboro Vision Clinic. I’ve been in and out quickly and they have been clear and to the point answering any questions I have had. Plus I can see clearly now. Would recommend to anyone in need of vision care.

Great place, 7 different types of eye exams (last time I was visiting similar places there was only 3) people friendly and patient. I would take 1 star off for asking to make a review. But ehh… looks like it’s a trend this days. So 5 stars: 1-2 weeks and a will have my glasses. Yey!

I would like to compliment Dr. Drew Perry. He was very caring, willing to take time to make sure all my questions were answered, and is extremely competent. I would also like to compliment Amanda, the optician who helped me select new glasses. In addition the front desk personnel are very friendly.

My visit was amazing. I didn't have to wait much before I was called for the exam. The staff was fabulous I went through so many glasses untill I find the perfect ones. I got a 1: 1 dedicated staff that helped me get the most for my insurance benefits. And she was so patient with me. She was honest when things didn't look good on me.

I was very please with the cost of replacement of my previous glasses I purchased 1yr ago that were damaged in an accident.

Everyone at this clinic is positive, supportive, and caring. From the minute you walk in you know this place is different. The reception greets you warmly. You are taken by the assistant to several rooms for initial testing, then your Doctor meets with you 1: 1 and explains the findings. They give the most thorough and precise Eye exams, using great technology and also refining through the doctors extensive exams. You are never rushed. The listen to all concerns.
Then they print your prescription, which you are free to have filled anywhere. But why would you? They take insurance and/or give a discount, if the discount is better than insurance coverage. They guarantee their lenses. (I am hard in glasses, and I scratched a lens 11 months in and they replaced it at no charge!)
They provide an amazing number of options to fill your prescription (coatings, sun protection progressives, light weight lenses) and have the best choices for over 1,000 styles of glasses at many price points. They don’t rush you, never get upset if you can’t make up your mind (again so many choices) and never pressure you.
It is a wonderful place.
