18Be aware they will charge for breakfast… and make sure you check expiration dates because they do not. Yogurt was expired 2 weeks and bagel had mold on it. Save yourselves and just eat out.
No evening bar or restaurant unlike started in the app. No resolution or about to make up. No diamond credit offered for breakfast
Made a last minute call for a room when our original hotel did not have our room ready. Sarah saved the day! Comfortable bed nice bedding, quiet.
Hilton decided to cancel my reservation. Didn't let me know, just canceled. So instead of an easy check in after a long day traveling and business meeting, I spent half an hour in their lobby sorting it out, reproviding my info and rates, and luckily they still had a room available. Made the whole experience miserable. My experiences with Hilton properties in the last year have been subpar, and this is another example of Hilton failing their customers. I would have given this one stars, but the receptionist who helped was very friendly at least.
Update: I got a call from Diane (not sure if thats how its spelled). She apologized for the inconvenience and notified me that the receptionist had canceled my reservation, by accident when attempting to cancel another persons reservation instead. I really appreciated the direct call to me and clarification on what happened. Added 1-star to my rating (from 2 to 3 stars).
Clean hotel and room.attentive staff. The mattress quality was medium. The pillow quality was poor. The hotel ran out of shampoo, which was an annoyance.
The airport shuttle was convenient and the staff even called right before our arranged time to verify we still needed the ride.
Location is convenient, but that's about it. Rooms weren't dirty.but dated and not nice at all for a hilton garden inn. Front desk service seemed poorly trained and disinterested.
Not worth the money. Stay at one of the many other hotels next to it. The rooms are dingy & old. The paint is cracking & the bathroom looks gross. Would not recommend.
So far so good. I’m here for only one night, but their front desk staff and the house keeping staff have been great! Even the driver from the airport
Friendly staff, fine self-help simple breakfast, good and large fitness room, and most important of all, cleaned room, and comfortable bed.
I’m a Hilton Gold member. This is the worst property I’ve seen. Dirty, very poor Internet, no hot food at Breakfast and surrounded by a homeless encampment. Someone at Hilton needs to shut this dump down.
Room was average. Probably time for remodel. Very poor breakfast. Not much to choose from. Fresh fruit was empty. No protein choices. Way under Hilton Garden Inn expectations.
What a dive! I'm a Hilton Honors member, stay in dozens of Hiltons each year. This is THE WORST Hilton I've ever stayed in. Staff was nice, lobby was decent but the room was HORRIBLE! The mattress curves, creepy old drapes, TV from the 90's, weird musty smell, NO decor in the rooms, feels no better than a Motel-6 or Travelodge but at higher Hilton room rates. Even one of the staff members told me the owners of this hotel are cheap and not putting $$ into the hotel. This is NOT at typical Hilton standards!

We got stuck at the airport and we’re fortunate enough to call Sarah. Between her and the 2 shuttle drivers we received the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. They just went above and beyond what we expected.
Conveniently located. Rooms are decent. Staff was nice and helpful. I stayed a few nights and didn't have any troubles. I slept well in a quiet room with effective climate control and an average tv that's getting on in years. Good value overall.
Deja and Sarah at the front desk are fantastic. Just what you want. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well furnished. I wish Hilton offered shower caps. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear the airplanes but they are not a loud noise. Only mishap was that requested wake up call did not happen
No pool as the pictures show. The only reason we stayed here with our kids. Front desk said they updated 4 years ago and still have photos up. Extremely disappointed.
