H. I. S.is a very friendly and professional automotive business. The repair to my BMW was not expensive and they were very fast when it came to the repair. I dropped my car off at 10 and they had it ready by 5 that afternoon. They also helped with my window that fell off track. I plan to take any future vehicle needs to them on my import and domestic vehicles.

Always honest with me and never tries to upsell me or "fix" things that aren't broke. I truly thought something was wrong with my truck and they did an inspection and told me nothing was wrong with it. They could have lied to me about needing repairs and I would have believed them, but they didn't.

Talked with the owner and he was super rude. I was trying to get a quote and he asked me if I was trying to sell him something. I was like huh? He said take me off your call list! I was looking for a quote for services. I would not call this place. Super sketchy.

Look at the response! Should tell you everything about their customer service or lack there of. Interesting perspective to think you can tell a potential client how to act. No thanks!

Had my oil changed and I always appreciate the friendliness of the crew. Get the job done!

Did a full inspection of the car. Gave us an itemized list of each fix and a high quote for costs. Only fixed what we agreed to, so there were no surprises. It actually ended up being less than we were quoted. Took away a star because when they texted to tell it was done they said "you can pick it up at your convenience. " It was a Thursday afternoon and we were busy so we figured we would pick it up Friday, turns out they are closed Friday, so we had to wait until Monday. It would have been helpful for them to put their hours in the text.

This is a really special place. They got me in immediately on my way home, fixed my car before closing time even when they had to get a part for it, were so kind and gracious to me and my baby daughter and I feel like the rate they charged me was more than fair, but generous. I have never had an experience like this in an auto repair place and will go to them for everything now. They are wonderful and value their customers as human beings. They also did exemplary work on my vehicle. I can't think of one drawback to going here. They were actually recommended to me when I went to the Honda dealership who couldn't fit me in for weeks to months.

NEVER GO TO HIS AUTOMOTIVE! I’ve been taking my cars here for years. Yesterday I took my Titan here to repair the starter. They did a “diagnostic “ without my permission and impounded my vehicle. They told me the brakes were unsafe and refused to give me my keys unless I paid $2,300 to repair the brakes and the starter. I had to pay a tow truck for a tow to Les Schwab. I’m now paying $800 a week for a rental and my truck sits at Les Schwab until they can work me in. HIS couldn’t care less. HIS is not cheap but at least they’re honest, I thought. They’re neither!

They did a huge job, valve cover gaskets, front and rear seals, serpentine belt, clutch replacement.

They were able to fit me in between other appointments even though I didn't set it up far enough ahead of time. Very helpful, quick and got ahold of me me as soon as it was done so I could pick up my vehicle.

I've been too HIS automotive twice now fe different things, gauges and brakes both times was given exceptionally great staff was kind and took the time to answer all questions until they were sure I was happy.
