I start my home buying journey in the Summer of 2022 with a meeting with Brian. Since this was my first experience purchasing a home I was unsure of my affordability and how the entire process of qualify for a loan should go.

During our first meeting Brian went over all my finances with me and gave me a clear idea of what my timeline would be and what steps I needed to take to be eligible to qualify for a loan.

Fast forward to April of 2023 I was finally ready to purchase a home! Brian was prompt and kept the entire transaction on track from start to finished. Brian Liebman and his team at Hixon Mortgage were fantastic helping us with our mortgage needs after we had to switch mid stream away from our bank mortgage provider who continually was dropping the ball and we became concerned about their ability to complete the process without error and on time.

Brian found us a great rate and then worked in our negotiated developer credits to lower the rate further. The application site was simple and fast to complete online. His team communicated where we were in the process along the way via emails and calls each week which gave us the peace of mind that we were on track to close on time and without any drama.

Friendly but professional service. Live in California but was buying a home in Oregon. All of my interaction with Brian and Jaime was done via email and over the phone.
