I worked with Mindy McCombs at HM Motorsports getting work done to my car. Mindy was fantastic! She was easy to work with, kind, pleasant and she is a VW fanatic to boot! I am thinking about getting my windows tinted down the road. Mindy went through my options and the process with me too. I will definitely be calling Mindy for that in the future. Overall, a great experience!

My hubs and I worked with Mindy at HM Motorsports to get the protective covering on the seats/paint and to install a roof rack on our brand new Golf. Mindy was the best! She is honest, kind, and overall a great human. She is super knowledgeable and LOVES VWs. It was a fun experience and looking forward to working with Mindy in the future.

Unexpectedly great experience. I do most of the maintenance and repair on my Audi S4, but I couldn't separate a CV joint from my axle. I called around a bunch of shops, and after reaching out to 4-5 shops, the only one I found willing to do it was HM. I brought the assembly in, along with the replacement boot, grease, and clamps, and they had it back to me same day. They originally had it scheduled for the following day. It came back completely cleaned for the agreed price. Overdelivered, a rarity in my experiences with most shops. A few days later I brought the car in for an alignment. My car is low, and I worked with the technician to get the car set up to specs that we agreed on after he gave me his thoughts. Dialed. They even threw my undertray back on the car for no charge. I noticed a truck in there for paintless dent removal while I was leaving, and luckily their guy was in the shop and took a look at a couple dings on my car. I'll be bringing it back for this, and any other work I can't complete myself. They killed it!

When you receive great service, you take a moment to note. I have to say that the only reason we go to H&M Motorsport is because of Mindy. Regardless if it’s one of our euro cars or something less desirable, due to the outstanding customer service, knowledge and how she really listens, we keep coming back for more!

I've had my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Sportwagon there a few times for various services (oil changes and trans service). Their prices are great and everyone that works there was amazing. I dealt with Mindy for scheduling, drop off, and pickup. She was very pleasant and kept fantastic communication. They fit me in last minute and put my mind at ease as i was headed to California the very next day.

They will be doing all of my future services!

Bruce, Mindy, and the team over at HM Motorsports went above and beyond to help me out with a car I recently purchased at Herzog-Meier. What ever your tire, lube, engine, body or suspension needs are, the guys and gals over at HM will treat you right. Good job on getting the repairs done in a timely manner and being very professional about how it was handled.

These guys were fantastic with my car! Helped me out with a whole lot of patience and willingness to work with my budget and scheduling. I'd like to especially highlight Matthew Palmer and Matthew Moyer for being the two who worked with me most. Both Matthews helped me with some necessities with my car, and took less than three hours total to get my car up and running. They replaced my tires, did alignments, did an oil change, and all that fun-stuff without me having to wait too long. Not to mention their generally friendly and mindful demeanor.

Thanks so much for helping me with my car, y'all! 100/10 would come back again.

Ended up here by accident because they are next to our dealer and gave me some great options and advice over the phone. We were in a bit of a hurry, but they took care of us quicky and I had winter tires on my car, with the all-seasons bagged nicely in the back with time to spare. Really nice experience all around.

A few months ago I hired HM Motorsports to clean and detail my '13 Ford F150 in preparation for marketing it for sale. The truck was in good shape but I had used it pretty hard and it had seen its share of rough roads, dust, mud and brush. The truck was also experiencing some water intrusion in the cabin from an unknown source and had several areas of mold growth. Darrin and I discussed the problem at length beforehand and I was super impressed by his comprehensive and caring approach. It felt great to have someone on my team with so much knowledge and a willingness to seriously engage in solving a complex problem. I barely recognized my truck when I came to pick it up.it was stunning, inside and out! Darrin and his crew did an incredible job of detailing the truck, while also going above and beyond to locate the source of water intrusion. Since, even after significant diagnostics, they were not able to pin down a specific water entry point, Darrin didn't charge me for the work. Wow! That showed some integrity. I was really impressed by these guys, and I will definitely take my vehicles to HM Motorsports in the future. Thanks so much!

Honestly, I only went here because my office is on the same street and it was convenient. However, the service that I received was truly top notch. Extremely friendly and professional. I am now going to be a permanent customer without a doubt. Also, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

This group is trustworthy and amiable. I can’t thank this group enough for taking care of my Tiguan! The front office communication and coordination with my insurance company has been fluid and transparent. I’ve had a number of issues with my car and returned over the years to have a great service at a reasonable price. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.
