Holiday Inn Express Portland West/Hillsboro, an IHG Hotel

The breakfasts were good. The beds were comfortable, but, our rooms had less than desirable wiring and 1 room had TV issues.

The place seemed old to me, and our room had no chair except a desk chair. The bed hurt my back. We won't return to this location.

The staff were awesome. It is clean. Amazing gym for a Holiday Inn Express. Great price and stores are close by.

You should stay here.

The hotel was clean and friendly, they were happy to accommodate my need for a late checkout.

No working thermostat/heat, no wifi, rude night employees, things are broken, dirty sheets and really all around not a nice place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it

The bedroom doors are extremely heavy and has right springs that quickly slam in to you. The carpet and couch was filthy. Other people's stuff was still in a drawer. Long black hairs showed up everywhere. The clerk didn't know why the internet didn't work or how to call Uber etc. Go out to the patio for breakfast and there is not a way back in without walking around. I walked past the buffet to the rest room, and the door to the breakfast foods had been left open. That was a dirty room also. Vacuums etc was stored in the same room as the food. We will not return.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Noticed the lights flickering off the bat. Cleanliness in the bathroom was terrible even the shower curtain was falling apart. Bed was lumpy. The biggest issue was I noticed bugs everywhere. I tried calling the front desk but they just put me on hold. I will never stay here again.

I was put in a room with a broken AC so they brought me a space fan for the night.my company paid for all of the rooms and yet they charged BOTH of us. I only authorized a $10 hold. When I called the front desk they admitted to the mistake and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a return of $205.65. Horrible experience and I do not suggest staying here.

Paid over $200 for one night and I clearly said there were 3 of us however only 1 bed and a very small, hard couch that didn't pull out. No pool. Sugar ants all over air conditioning unit. Not worth the money.

No maid service for multiple day stays. Even if you request fresh towels you might not get them blame inexperience help.

Nicely maintained and good place to stay. Breakfast was typical HIX but no worries about bad food. Food manager is hard worker.great job!

Booked a room through Priceline. The first room assigned had an issue with the air conditioner. When reported to front desk, they immediately gave a different room.
Very nice location and room looks nice and clean.

Quick stay for concert night at the Grand Lodge. Easy to get to breakfast and nice seating. Rooms in good shape and clean. Desk staff is working way to hard in afternoon check in I feel this leads to many errors which would lead to more checkin problems and mad customers. Water flow is bad and shower not good over all. Sad to because I really like the large bottles in shower and not chasing those little bottles all clumsy and naked. Just bad design. Mostly no vent in bathroom. That’s why it is a two. Why do we all have to know Grandma took a dump. This review went from 5 to two over this issue. No bathroom fan no good review ever. That’s a pretty basic messiah and we live not in a 3rd world county…. Yet. So everyone in room really wants a bathroom fan!

We were awoken by the sound of pounding and a drill from the hallway at 7 am. I pay to sleep and this was a poor decision on management's part. It was not an emergency situation. It forced us to drive for hours that day too tired for comfort. Will not stay here again. Haha, love the response from the owner. Guess you don't read the reviews, eh?

How was clean and staff was friendly. Most things in the hotel had been updated, but they skipped updating the tub, which had lots of chips and stains. Great local food & drink options are within walking distance
