Holiday Laundromat. reviews
17Nice, clean, reasonable. Tough neighborhood, I would not be in there alone if one could not defend themselves. Otherwise I will be doing my washing here for sure until I can afford W&D
Best laundry mat I’ve seen in a very long time. Nice dryers although it’s too bad people don’t empty their pockets before using machines, but there’s a small fortune of change and probably bills too that are stuck in machines.
Machines go unfixed for months, refund requests go unnoticed, nobody is ever at the location to help, high overall prices.
I had to consistently watch my clothes because the homless sleeping on the floor will take your laundry as soon as you step outside for a moment.
A wonderful neighborhood self serve laundromat. Very clean and well maintained. Offers WiFi. Indooroutdoor seating.heated and music while you wash & dry. Great owners and employees.
I think it's kind of homie and not super expensive.
The music is really loud in the evenings though. It takes away from just being comfortable.
It wasn't on one time in the morning, I liked that a lot.
This is a gross place for me to wash my laundry. Caution.the tweakers will take your stuff. Do not go here its disgusting.
First, the dryer was not hot enough, took many quarters for a small cotton load.when I finished I had packed up and was waiting for my ride. The owner cane over and be asked me to leave. I was shocked! There was only one other person there. That was a totally rude manner to treat customers. Never will return. BE ADVISED!
They DO NOT open at 7am. I spent 30 minutes outside this morning in 27 degree weather waiting for them to open. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR POSTED HOURS TO REFLECT WHAT TIME YOU ACTUALLY OPEN.
OK, don't waste your time. Washers are tiny, and the want 3 bucks to wash a load.not counting the dryer! Spent all my $$ couldn't even get a gyro from next door.
I needed to wash an expensive down comforter. I spent a lot of time and a lot of money waiting for the thing to dry. Down comforters are only supposed to be washed occasionally and gently in commercial facilities. Well, mine is ruined. Apparently, the dryer either had a residue of strong soap or a residue of dryer sheets and now my comforter has a strong chemical soap odor. The place was dirty in other ways and didn’t have a restroom.
I am gunna go wash my comforter again at one of the cleaner facilities in town.
In the 7 years that I have had the misfortune of living in the neighborhood where this is the only place to do laundry, I have been let down by this place not being open when advertised more than a dozen times now. I've also been locked out with my clothes still drying an hour early when it was 17 degrees outside (they left a business card size note that could not be seen unless you were looking for it without an armload of clothes). And then there is the bums and broken down machines. They do not care about their clientele
Has always been a friendly place to go wash my clothes they have a good little Deli next door and a store
You can wash clothes here, close to downtown. There is a risk of interaction with agressive homeless.
Best price for the machines and load size and time, Tim and Jason are the new lady in the evening all kick ass
I like how fun and funky it is. Since everything is self service service is not an issue. The occasional loitering bums in town sometimes bring an undesirable funk to the place. And since there are no employees present there is no one to ask them to leave, otherwise 5 stars but I give 3 due to inconvenience.
