A great place to chill and smoke bowls. Better when the homeless are not bathing in the fountain.

As someone who knows from lived experience the difficulties of being homeless.having those fountains run at night is a blessing to soo many people that don't have a place to shower or wash clothes.

No bathroom, playground, or sober people? I've been through the a few times on my way to the enduring Lloyd center and it's always looked very.morose I guess I'll say. With piddling amenities and lack of hospitality, I felt as if I were walking into a dome permeated with a depressing stagnation of emotionless gaunt faces. There was a slight crackle that piqued my curiosity so I took my headphones off and I was drawn into this euphoric cadence, I found myself incapable of existing beyond the preceding rapturous immortal and I was torn by the symbiotic duality. Or something.sorry, I'm going thru something.

Beautiful place to gather and very peaceful, many different types of people sleeping or visiting in the park. God is pouring Himself out to open eyes and save the lost, so thankful I was lost but now am found. Truth isn't that elusive if to you are open to what you don't want to hear it turns out lol

This is a quaint little park that has water features inside as well as some statues. There are some beautiful large trees. It's a very nice park to sit at and enjoy the peace and tranquility. They're also some ping pong tables that you could play at. We did see some homeless people sleeping on the benches and washing up in the fountain

I really enjoyed their block party event. It seemed to really cater in an inclusive fashion

I totally like it. I love the trees & the shade. Cool park indeed. It could be like a sanctuary in the city.

Yet, largely unsafe. A young man came up behind me on an electric scooter (sidewalk) & abruptly thrust me to the pavement face forward. I’m 65 and it was a bloody injury. He had a small gang with him. I made my way back to the Max train limping, in tears. I wish I could walk through there & enjoy the park, but just too risky.

The police are understaffed. Unfortunately laws can’t be enforced, therefore safety cannot be insured.

Praying for this city as well as this world we live in.

Electric scooters are not to be on busy pedestrian sidewalks. Other illegal activities going on as well.

Use to be a nice place to sit and eat lunch after shopping but these days I stere clear of it, especially at night.

Recently it's been clean and safe. No camping. Less drug activity. A good place to meet friends for a bike ride. Convenient to transit.

The space is open and inviting. There are plenty of benches to sit and have a chat, or people watch. The paths are straight and cover the whole park.
It's always too muddy for my taste. Added to the lack of anything.except for flat muddy grass, and a few beautiful trees. I have to give this a 3 star for Portland Parks.
