I called to get care giving services for my Elderly father. I talked to the manager Tom Malone who told me a man named "Brad" would be calling me back. No such luck! Never heard back.nothing.my father who is 99 years old that absolutely needs care giving services was obviously not that important to them or worthly of a call back to make arrangements for his care. In the meantime I found a wonderful Company who was compassionate and reliable and who also came out to visit him within ONE day of making a phone call to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Company. They have no sense of wanting to actually help your elderly family. I had to call back today and tell this Tom Malone that I, after almost 2 weeks have never heard from Brad. He didn't realize I NEVER got contacted. This shows you they have no system of checking and making sure prospective clients get called. What a Horrific shotty Company this is. Makes me wonder how many other people have had this experience but have never spoken up!

Home Instead doesn't protect its employees from their clients, many of whom come with a plethora of problematic behaviors. Home Instead needs to regulate client-caregiver interaction to better protect its staff. Clients also report dissatisfaction with the general quality of their care.

They treat their caregivers like trash, and the quality is not good. Most of the clients are not happy with the care they get
If you love your elderly person, do not let them get care from here!
